انواع گردشگری از منظر منابع دینی و توسعه حلال آن در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

گردشگری در جهان‎کنونی به لحاظ ابعاد گوناگون دارای اهمیت به‎سزایی بوده و مورد توجه دولت‎های مختلف از جمله کشورهای اسلامی قرار گرفته است. طبقه‌بندی و تبیین صحیح تعریف و انواع گردشگری از دید اسلام، اهمیت زیادی در اتخاذ راهبردهای یک کشور اسلامی مانند ایران و همچنین در تصمیم‌گیری و هدف گردشگر از سفر دارد. در مطالعه حاضر، مسئله انواع گردشگری از منظر منابع اسلامی و دیدگاه دین اسلام در رابطه با هریک از آن‌ها به‌عنوان پیش‌نیازی برای توسعه گردشگری حلال مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق از رویکرد استقرایی در ادله نقلی بهره می‌برد و دارای ماهیتی تحلیلی و توصیفی است که به برخی از یافته‌ها و نتایج آن اشاره خواهد شد. دین مبین اسلام برای گردشگری که با اهداف عالی الهی و انسانی همراه باشد ارزش زیادی قائل است. همچنین طبقه‌بندی مفهوم گردشگری که باتوجه‌به دستورات اسلامی احصا گردیده عبارت‌اند از: گردشگری فرهنگی، علمی، تجاری، تفریحی، مذهبی زیارتی و سلامت (درمانی). هریک موارد مذکور باید در سیاست‎های توسعه گردشگری حلال به‌مثابه پشتوانه رونق برند گردشگری حلال کشور مورد توجه قرار گیرد. چراکه طبقه‌بندی دستورات اسلامی یکی از پیش‌نیازهای اتخاذ سیاست صحیح در رابطه با توسعه گردشگری حلال است. درهمین‌راستا در جهت توسعه حلال گردشگری فرهنگی ایجاد تورهای با هدف عمق بخشی به مبانی اعتقادی مناسب است. در خصوص گردشگری علمی نیز برگزاری دوره‎های عملی برای دانشجویان جهت دستیابی به مرزهای علم ضرورت دارد. همچنین به جهت توسعه گردشگری زیارتی حذف روادید و توسعه زیرساخت‌ها و امکانات رفاهی مناسب، ضروری می‎نماید.

tourism in the contemporary world holds significant importance in various dimensions and has garnered the attention of different governments, including islamic countries. the correct classification and explanation of the definition and types of tourism from an islamic perspective are highly important for adopting strategies in an islamic country like iran, as well as for influencing decision-making and the purpose of a tourist’s journey. in the present study, the issue of types of tourism from the perspective of islamic sources and the viewpoint of islam regarding each of them is examined as a prerequisite for the development of halal tourism. this research uses the inductive approach in religious texts and has an analytical and descriptive nature, which will refer to some of its findings and results. the islamic faith holds great value for tourism that is aligned with lofty divine and humanitarian goals. the classification of tourism concepts, based on islamic principles, includes cultural, scientific, commercial, recreational, religious-pilgrimage, and health (medical) tourism. each of the mentioned categories should be considered in halal tourism development policies as a foundation for strengthening the country’s halal tourism brand. this is because the classification based on islamic guidelines is one of the prerequisites for adopting appropriate policies regarding halal tourism development. in this regard, organizing tours aimed at deepening foundational beliefs is appropriate for the development of halal cultural tourism. regarding scientific tourism, conducting practical courses for students to advance the frontiers of knowledge is essential. additionally, for the development of pilgrimage tourism, it is essential to eliminate visa requirements and improve infrastructure and appropriate facilities.
