بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر قدرت سیاسی بر فرهنگ سیاسی مردم (مورد مطالعه: پهلوی اول)

ساختار قدرت سیاسی در دوره رضاشاه با زیرساخت‌هایی مانند دولت و سازمان سیاسی رابطه مستقیمی دارد چراکه نظام سیاسی در این عصر به همراه سلطنت مطلقه، بیشترین میزان قدرت را در کشور اعمال می‌کرد و دستوراتش برای همه زیر نظام‌های کشور الزامی بود. از‌سوی‌دیگر، هماهنگی منابع برای رسیدن به اهدافی که حاکمیت در اختیار داشت از طریق نهادهای سیاسی آن جلو می‌رفت. از سالیان گذشته فرهنگ سیاسی مسئله مهمی برای دانشمندان علوم سیاسی و اجتماعی بوده است؛ آنها به‌دنبال شناخت این امر بوده‌اند که ارزش‌ها، نگرش‌ها و رفتار سیاسی مردم در مورد موضوعات و مسائل سیاسی چگونه بوده است و چه آثار و نتایجی بر روی نظام سیاسی و اجتماعی گذاشته است. مدل نظری پژوهش مبتنی بر نظریه فرهنگ سیاسی آلموند و وربا است. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، یکی از ویژگی‌های اساسی این تاثیرات قدرت در فرهنگ سیاسی جوامع، «حاکمیت روابط فردی به‌جای قوانین»، «ارادت‌سالاری و تقرب پیشگی به‌جای نظام شایسته‌سالاری»، «وفاداری به شخص به‌جای سازمان‌های سیاسی»، «فساد»، «از‌بین‌رفتن رقابت صحیح»، «اطاعت مطلق از بالا‌دست»، «مسدود شدن فضای باز سیاسی»، «انزوای روشنفکران»، «خفقان»، «عدم اعتماد سیاسی» است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر قدرت سیاسی بر فرهنگ سیاسی مردم (مورد مطالعه: پهلوی اول) به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است.

sociological study of the effect of political power on the political culture of the people (case study: pahlavi i)

the purpose of this article was to discover and identify the sociological nature of political power and its impact on the political culture of the people during the reign of reza shah. the research method was qualitative and descriptive-analytical, and data collection was done in the form of document-library and the use of questionnaires. the theoretical model of the research is based on almond and verba’s theory of political culture. the results and findings of the research indicate that among the main characteristics of the effects of political power on the political culture of the people during reza shah’s time, &the sovereignty of individual relationships instead of laws&, &dedication and closeness in advance instead of the meritocracy system&, &loyalty to person instead of political organizations&, &corruption&, &destruction of proper competition&, &absolute obedience from above&, &blocking of political open space&, &isolation of intellectuals&, &suffering&, &political distrust& is. also, the structure of political power in reza shah’s period has a direct relationship with infrastructures such as the government and political organization, because the political system in this era, along with the absolute monarchy, exercised the most power in the country and its orders were mandatory for all sub-systems of the country. on the other hand, the coordination of resources to achieve the goals of the government was carried out through its political institutions
