رصد فرهنگی و اجتماعی (شناسایی اولویت‏های مورد نیازفرهنگ عمومی در خوسف)

شهر خوسف در خراسان جنوبی از شهرهای کوچک و قدیمی است که به‌لحاظ بسیاری از مسائل فرهنگی بکر و دست‌نخورده باقی‌ مانده است. با توجه به امر جهانی‌شدن و رسانه‏ای شدن فرهنگ و جذب فرهنگ‏های بومی در فرهنگ‏ جهانی، رصد فرهنگی و اجتماعی شهرهایی با این ویژگی، ضمن شناسایی اولویت‌ها مسائل و مشکلات فرهنگی و اجتماعی به حفظ و نگهداشت داشته‌های فرهنگی کمک خواهد کرد. شناخت فضای فرهنگی منطق مختلف کشور شامل کالبدشکافی مسائل فرهنگی موجود در جامعه؛ بررسی وضعیت موجود فرهنگی اجتماعی جامعه، به‌عبارت‌دیگر یعنی کشف آنچه در عینیت فرهنگی جامعه در حال اتفاق افتادن است، راه‏گشا برنامه‌ریز اجتماعی و فرهنگی خواهد بود. این مقاله با هدف شناسایی مسائل و اولویت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی شهر خوسف با روش کیفی و کمک مصاحبه‌های عمقی از 21 نفراز مطلعین و صاحب‌نظران سعی به احصاء این مسائل دارد. بر اساس نتایج مسائلی چون: مهاجرت، تعلق و تعهد اجتماعی، فضاهای فراغتی، مشکلات اقتصادی، چالش‌های خانواده، مسائل اجتماعی مهم‌ترین مسائل خوسف و اولویت‌های فرهنگی آن عبارت‌اند از: مسئله اشتغال در دو بُعد احیای فعالیت‌های بومی و کارآفرینی بخش کشاورزی و صنایع وابسته به آن آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی به خانواده‌ها در جهت کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی افزایش خودباوری جوانان توجه به فضاهای دانش‌آموزی و سرمایه‌گذاری روی جوانان و نوجوانان شهرستان و گسترش فضاهای فراغتی گوناگون و جذاب برای نگه‌داشتن نسل جوان در منطقه و پیگیری از مهاجرت است. مهم‌ترین اقدام‌های صورت‌گرفته برگزاری جلسه‌های سبک زندگی است مشاوره فردی جلب کمک‌های خیران هماهنگی با جشنواره‌های استانی پارچه‌بافی و ترویج ازدواج آسان بیان شده است.

the city of khosf in south khorasan with a population of 5,716 people is one of the small and old cities that, due to the distance of 36 kilometers from the center of the province, has remained pristine and untouched in terms of many cultural issues. considering the globalization and mediaization of culture and the absorption of local cultures in the global culture, cultural observation of cities with this characteristic, while identifying the priorities of cultural and social issues and problems, will help to preserve its cultural values. . this article aims to identify the cultural and social issues and priorities of the city of khosf with a qualitative method and with the help of in-depth interviews with 21 informants and experts. based on the results of issues such as: immigration, belonging and social commitment, leisure spaces, economic problems, family challenges, social issues, the most important issues of khosf and its cultural priorities are: the issue of employment in two dimensions, the revival of local activities and entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector and industries related to it is teaching life skills to families in order to reduce social harms, increasing the self-confidence of young people, paying attention to student spaces and investing in the city’s youth and teenagers, and expanding various and attractive leisure spaces to keep the young generation in the region and follow up on migration. . the most important measures taken are the holding of lifestyle meetings, individual counseling, soliciting donations from donors, coordination with provincial textile festivals, and promotion of easy marriage.
