شناسایی و واکاوی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ کار در بین جوانان استان ایلام

با وجود مزیت های اقتصادی و نیروی انسانی آموزش دیده در استان ایلام، آمار بیکاری زیاد و نرخ فعالیت های کارآفرینانه پایین است. کندوکاو پژوهشگر نشان می دهد که پایین بودن فرهنگ کار در بین جوانان می تواند یکی از دلایل نرخ بالای بیکاری در این استان باشد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و واکاوی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ کار در بین جوانان استان ایلام وبا بهره گیری از روش شناسی توصیفی همبستگی به انجام رسیده است. پژوهش دارای دو جامعه آماری جوانان و نخبگان بوده است. با در نظر گرفتن ویژگی های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی، شهرستان های ایلام در دو گروه دسته بندی و از بین هر گروه سه شهرستان به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. با بهره گیری از فرمول کوکران تعداد 756 نفر از بین جوانان(شاغلان 385 نفر و بیکاران 371 نفر) و تعداد 96 نفر از بین نخبگان به عنوان نمونه آماری برآورد و به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مدل نظری پژوهش برگرفت هشده از تحلیل عاملی و گروه کانونی بوده است. ابزار گردآوریدادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخت های بود که روایی آن با استفاده از دیدگاه تعداد 3 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ایلام و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد نتایج تحلیل مسیر نیز نشان داد که بی عدالتی سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی مهم تر ین متغیری بوده است که هم به طور مستقیم و هم به طور غیرمستقیم در پایین بودن فرهنگ کار در بین جوانان استان تاثیرگذار بوده و اثر سایر متغیرها نیز معلول اثر این متغیر بوده است؛ بنابراین برای بهبود فرهنگ کار و تلاش و توسعه استان، نقش متغیرهای بیگانگی سیاسی اجتماعی و بی عدالتی سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی بیشتر مورد توجه و دقت قرار گیرند.

identifying and analyzing the factors affecting the work culture among the youth of ilam province

despite the economic advantages and trained manpower in ilam province, theunemployment rate is high and the rate of entrepreneurial activities is low. theresearcher's investigation shows that the low work culture among young people canbe one of the reasons for the high unemployment rate in this province.the purposeof this study was to identify and analyze the factors affecting the weak work cultureamong the youth of ilam province and using the descriptive-correlationalmethodology.the research had two statistical populations of youth and elites.considering the social, economic and social characteristics, ilam townships weredivided into two groups and three townships were randomly selected from eachgroup. using cochran's formula, 385 young people and 96 elite people wereestimated as a statistical sample and studied by stratified random sampling withproportional assignment. data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnairewhose validity was confirmed using the views of 3 faculty members of ilamuniversity and its reliability was confirmed using cronbach's alpha. the results ofpath analysis also showed that political, economic and social injustice was the mostimportant variable that both directly and indirectly affected the low work cultureamong the province's youth and the effect of other variables was due to the effectof this variable. therefore, in order to improve the culture of work and effort anddevelopment of the province, the role of the variables of socio-political alienation and political, economic and social injustice should be paid more attention.
