ارزش معنوی کار و کسب درآمد در فرهنگ قرآن با رویکرد فقهی اخلاقی -تربیتی

این مقاله با موضوع کسب و کار در فرهنگ قرآن به تبیین نگاه ویژه قرآن کریم به کسب درآمد پرداخت و ارزش معنویِ کار را در فرهنگ قرآن روشن ساخت. هدف از نگارش این مقاله کمک به ترویج و تقویت فرهنگ کار به عنوان ارزشی اسلامی بود که در بند1 سیاست های کلی اشتغال، ابلاغیه امام خامنه‌ای آمده است. مهمترین مسئله در این نوشتار اصلاح باور به جدایی میان کار و معنویت بود. برخی براین باورند که کسب درآمد نوعی آلودگی به دنیا است که با معنویت تنافی دارد و برای کسب معنویت باید اوقات جداگانه‌ای قرارداد؛ درحالی‌که با تبیین فرهنگ قرآن دریافتیم که می‌توان به کسب درآمد نیز نگاهی معنوی داشت و از آن برای رشد معنویت در خود استفاده کرد. این نوشتار با روش تحقیق کیفی در شاخه توصیفی-تحلیلی مبتنی بر روشهای منضبط استنباط فقهی با بهره‌گیری از قواعد فهم متن در فقه و اصول به سراغ آیات و روایات رفت تا ارزش معنوی کسب و کار را در فرهنگ قرآن تبیین کند. بنابراین ابتدا معنای واژگانی کار در فارسی و عربی روشن شد سپس با مراجعه به روایات فقهی تعابیر اسلام برای کسب و کار به دست آمد. قرآن کریم برای اشاره به کسب و کار از تعبیر خاص «الابتغاء من فضل الله» استفاده کرده است که با دقت در ظرافت های به کار رفته در این تعریف نگاه معنوی و خاص قرآن به کسب درآمد به دست آمد و ارزش معنوی کار در فرهنگ قرآن روشن شد.

the spiritual value of work and earning money in the qur’anic culture with a jurisprudential, moral and educational approach

this article deals with the topic of business in the culture of the quran, explaining the special view of the quran on earning money and the spiritual quran clarified work in the culture. the purpose of writing this article was to help promote and strengthen the culture of work as an islamic value, which is stated in clause 1 of general employment policies, imam khamenei’s communiqué. the most important issue in this writing was to correct the belief in the separation between work and spirituality. some people believe that earning money is a kind of pollution to the world that is in conflict with spirituality, and to earn spirituality, separate times should be set aside. while by explaining the culture of the qur’an, we found that it is possible to take a spiritual view of earning money and use it to develop spirituality in oneself. this article, with a qualitative research method in the descriptive-analytical branch, based on the disciplined methods of jurisprudential inference, by using the rules of understanding the text in jurisprudence and principles, went to verses and traditions to explain the spiritual value of business in the culture of the qur’an. therefore, first the lexical meaning of work in farsi and arabic was clarified, then by referring to jurisprudential traditions, the interpretations of islam for business were obtained. to refer to business, the holy quran has used the special expression al-ibatghaa min fazlullah which was carefully used in the subtleties used in this definition,the spiritual and special view of the quran towards earning money was obtained and the spiritual value of work in the culture of the quran is clear. became.
