بررسی جامعه‌شناختی فرصت‌ها و محدودیت‌های تنوع قومیتی موثر بر احساس تعلق به اجتماع ملی(مورد مطالعه کلانشهر اهواز)

احساس تعلق به اجتماع ملی، یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعاتی است که کشورهای دارای تنوع قومیتی با آن مواجه اند. برای شکل‌گیری همبستگی، اتحاد و دلبستگی ملی، در هر جامعه‌ای به وجود احساس تعلق به اجتماع ملی و ارزش‌های مشترک در میان افراد آن جامعه نیازمند است. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی جامعه‌شناختی فرصت‌ها و محدودیت‌های تنوع قومیتی موثر بر احساس تعلق به اجتماع ملی بوده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه سرپرستان خانوار ساکن در کلانشهر اهواز بوده است. نمونه آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار سمپل پاور تعداد 500 نفر با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ایی به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه 98 سوالی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی آن از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ(0.75=α) تایید گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss و amos و با تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به ترتیب فرصت های تنوع قومیتی با ضریب مسیر0.874 و محدودیت های تنوع قومیتی با ضریب مسیر0.561- در سطح 0.001 تاثیر معنی داری بر احساس تعلق به اجتماع ملی دارند.

sociological investigation of the opportunities and limitations of ethnic diversity affecting the sense of belonging to the national community (case study of ahvaz metropolis)

the feeling of belonging to the national community is one of the most important issues faced by countries with ethnic diversity. for the formation of national solidarity, unity and attachment, in any society, there needs to be a feeling of belonging to the national community and common values among the members of that society. the main goal of this research was to sociologically investigate the opportunities and limitations of ethnic diversity affecting the sense of belonging to the national community. research method: the descriptive research method was a survey and the statistical population was all heads of households living in ahvaz metropolis. stratified random sampling method was used and 500 people were selected as the sample size using sample power software.the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 62 questions, the construct validity of which was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis, and its reliability coefficient was also confirmed through cronbach’s alpha (α=0.75). data analysis was done by using spss and amos software and by structural equation model analysis at two descriptive and inferential levels. data analysis was done using spss and amos software and structural equation model analysis at two descriptive and inferential levels. the results of the research showed that the opportunities of ethnic diversity with the path coefficient (0.874) and the limitations of ethnic diversity with the path coefficient (-0.561) at the level of (0.001) have a significant effect on the feeling of belonging to the national community.
