بررسی شانیت اجتماعی در تفکیک مکاتب توسعه و سیاست‌های کلی برنامه‌های شش‌گانه توسعه ج.ا.ایران

برنامه‌های توسعه‌محور ریل‌گذاری مسیر حرکت کشورها است. این برنامه‌ها در حکم پیش‌نیاز شکل‌گیری پارادایم دولت و جامعه قوی دانسته می‌شود. توجه به مبانی برنامه‌های توسعه، ضرورتی برای نهاد علم و سیاست است. نظریات مختلف توسعه از رویکردهای مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی به تحلیل ریشه‌ای سیاست‌های توسعه پرداخته‌اند. هدف مقاله حاضر دستیابی به الگویی نظری است که از طریق آن بتوان توجه بیشتری به شان اجتماعی‌بودگی توسعه داشت. روش مقاله تحلیل محتوای کیفی و نقد و بررسی انواع دسته‌بندی مکاتب توسعه است. یافته‌ها حاکی از غفلت از ابعاد اجتماعی به‌عنوان معیار تفکیک مکاتب توسعه از یکدیگر و همچنین سیاست‌های برنامه‌های توسعه ایران است. الگوی تبیین‌شده، با محوریت تاکید بر بعد اجتماعی و الزام‌های همبستگی جامعه برای شرایط امروز ایران طراحی شده و ضمن توجه به ابعاد گوناگون مفهوم توسعه، نسبت دو بعد دولت جامعه با ساختار-عاملیت را سنجیده و نظریه‌های مشهور توسعه را در این میانه جایابی نموده است. در انتها مبانی و سیاست‌های برنامه‌های توسعه جمهوری اسلامی با مدل پیشنهادی مقاله، تطبیق داده شده و از حیث اجتماعی و پارادایم مشارکت‌محور بررسی می‌شود.

investigating social dignity in the separation of development schools and the general policies of the six development programs of islamic republic of iran

the development plans are the axis of railing the movement of countries. these programs are considered as a prerequisite for the formation of a strong government and society paradigm. paying attention to the basics of development programs is a necessity for the institution of science and politics. different theories of development from different economic, political and cultural approaches have analyzed the root of development policies. the aim of this article is to achieve a theoretical model through which more attention can be paid to the dignity of the sociality of development. the method of the article is qualitative content analysis and review of various categories of development schools. the findings indicate the neglect of social dimensions as a criterion for separating development schools from each other, as well as the policies of iran's development programs. the explained model has been designed for today's conditions of iran, focusing on the social dimension and the requirements of society's solidarity, and while paying attention to the various dimensions of the concept of development, it has measured the ratio of the two dimensions of government-society and structure-activity, and placed the well-known theories of development in this middle. is. at the end, the foundations of the development programs of the islamic republic are adapted to the proposed model of the article and are analyzed from a social point of view.
