مولفه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی شادی

یکی از علل گسترش افسردگی‌ها و ناشادی‌ها در جامعه امروز، نداشتن شناخت نظری درست از شادی است. لذا از گام‌های ضروری برای گسترش شادی، داشتن «دیدگاه نظری مناسب» در این زمینه است. هدف این مقاله، ارائه دیدگاهی فرهنگی درباره شادی و دست یافتن به شناختی نظری از شادی برای توسعه و گسترش آن در جامعه است. ; نگارنده معتقد است شادی اگرچه برداشت و تلقی یا احساس خوب «افراد» از زندگی است، اما این احساس فردی بیشتر «برساخته اجتماعی و فرهنگی» است تا «برساخته روانی، زیستی، عاطفی یا فردی». از این‌رو به نظریه یا دیدگاهی اجتماعی و فرهنگی برای تبیین و شناخت شادی نیاز داریم. این مقاله کوشش می‌کند با «رویکردی بین رشته‌ای» به کمک مفهوم «عادت‌واره» پی‌یر بوردیو، و مفهوم «فرهنگ شادی»، شادی را به‌مثابه نوعی «برساخته اجتماعی و فرهنگی»، ویژگی‌ها و عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آن و گونه‌های آن توضیح دهد. در نهایت با توجه به نظریه یا دیدگاه فرهنگ شادی، برخی راهبردهای توسعه شادی در جامعه را پیشنهاد می‌کنیم

H Cultural and Social Dimensions of Happiness

One reason for increasing depression and unhappiness in the contemporary society is the lacking of a correct theoretical understanding of happiness. To develop happiness in the society, a necessary step is obtaining a suitable theoretical approach about it. Therefore, my purpose, in this paper, is offering a cultural approach about happiness and achieving a theoretical conception of happiness to improve and develop it in the society. ;According to my theoretical approach, although happiness is the individuals’ conception of the good sense of life, this individual sense is a sociocultural construction rather than a psychic, biological, emotional or individual one. That’s why, we need a sociocultural theory or approach to analyze and realize happiness. This paper aims to explain happiness, as a kind of sociocultural construction, and its features, reasons and categories, through an interdisciplinary approach by using Pierre Bourdieu’s concept of “Habitus” and that of “culture of happiness
