عوامل روانشناختی موثر بر ارتقای رفتار شهروندی ورزشی در ورزش حرفه ای کشور با رویکرد فضیلت سازمانی

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل روانشناختی موثر بر ارتقای رفتار شهروندی ورزشی در ورزش حرفه ای کشور با رویکرد فضیلت سازمانی بود. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده ، آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع اکتشافی بود. نمونه گیری در بخش کیفی پژوهش به صورت هدفمند تعداد 22 نفر از خبرگان انتخاب شدند و جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل 6 باشگاه (تیم) لیگ برتری فوتبال بود. جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه فضیلت سازمانی با 4 بعد و 82 سوال و پرسشنامه رفتارشهروندی ورزشی با 18 سوال مورد استفاده شد. در این پژوهش نرم افزار smart pls3 و spss-v20 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد عوامل سازمانی دارای اولویت اول، عوامل موثر فردی- رفتاری اولویت دوم، عوامل زمینه ای/محیطی اولویت سوم و عوامل مدیریتی-رهبری اولویت آخر را به خود اختصاص داد. عوامل موثر بر ارتقای رفتار شهروندی ورزشی با رویکرد فضیلت سازمانی با ضریب مسیر 0.516 و آماره تی بالاتر از 1.96 مثبت و معنادار است. نتیجه گیری: وجود رویکرد روانشناختی فضیلت سازمانی در سازمان ها و تیم های ورزشی چنانچه برگرفته از فرهنگ ملی، فرهنگ حاکم در ورزش های آئینی و پهلوانی و باورهای دینی-اعتقادی کشور باشد می تواند در نهادینه سازی ارزش ها، سرمایه روانشناختی فضایل اخلاقی اثرگذار بوده و رفتارشهروندی ورزشی را در ورزشکاران حرفه ای کشور ارتقاء و توسعه دهد.

psychological factors affecting the promotion of sports citizenship behavior in professional sports in the country with an organizational virtue approach

the aim of this research was to investigate the psychological factors affecting the promotion of sports citizenship behavior in professional sports in the country with an organizational virtue approach.this research was applied in terms of its purpose and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data type and exploratory.sampling in the qualitative part of the research،22 experts were selected purposefully، and the statistical population in the quantitative part included 6 clubs(teams)of the premier league.the cochran formula was used to determine the sample size of the quantitative part.data were collected using the organizational virtue questionnaire with4dimensions and82questions and the sports citizenship behavior questionnaire with18questions. face، content and construct validity were used. cronbach's alpha value for the organizational virtue questionnaire was0.07and the sports citizenship behavior questionnaire was0.78.in this research، smart pls3 and spss-v20software were used. the findings showed that organizational factors had the first priority، individual-behavioral factors had the second priority، contextual/environmental factors had the third priority، and managerial-leadership factors had the last priority.the factors affecting the promotion of sports citizenship behavior with the organizational virtue approach were positive and significant with a path coefficient of 0.516and a t-statistic higher than1.96.it is concluded that the existence of a psychological approach of organizational virtue in sports organizations and teams، if derived from the national culture، the dominant culture in ritual and martial sports، and the religious-religious beliefs of the country، can be effective in institutionalizing values، the psychological capital of moral virtues، and promote and develop sports citizenship behavior in the country's professional athletes.
