نقش ویژگی‌های تاریک شخصیت در پیش‌بینی خشم و پرخاشگری رقابتی بوکسورها (مطالعه تحلیل مسیر)

هدف: ویژگی‌های سه‌گانۀ تاریک شخصیت از طریق تاثیراتی که می‌تواند روی رفتار ورزشکاران بگذارد، از حیطه‌های مورد علاقه برای مطالعات روانشناسی ورزشی می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین سه ویژگی تاریک شخصیت (جامعه‌ستیزی، روان‌پریشی و خودشیفتگی) با خشم و پرخاشگری رقابتی در بوکسورها بود.مواد و روش ها:  روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی که جامعه‌ آماری آن ورزشکاران زن و مرد بوکسور با حداقل دو سال سابقه فعالیت در این رشته بودند که 181 نفر از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه سه گانۀ تاریک شخصیت و پرسشنامۀ خشم و پرخاشگری رقابتی ورزشکاران بود. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر در نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس 26 و لیزرل نسخه 8/8 در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد جامعه‌ستیزی بطور مثبت و خودشیفتگی بصورت منفی توانایی پیش بینی پرخاشگری رقابتی را داشتند. از بین ویژگی‌های تاریک شخصیت فقط جامعه‌ستیزی با خشم رقابتی رابطۀ مثبت داشت. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه، بوکسورهایی با ویژگی جامعه‌ستیزی (رسیدن به هدف به هر وسیله‌ای) زیاد، گرایش به خشم و پرخاشگری بیشتری دارند، ممکن است رفتارهای خصمانه‌تر و نوسانات هیجانی بیشتری را در رینگ نشان دهند و در نهایت بر عملکرد و تعامل آنها با حریفان تاثیر بگذارد. می‌توان گفت ویژگی‌های شخصیتی ممکن است نقش مهمی در شکل دادن به رفتارهای رقابتی و پاسخ‌های هیجانی بوکسورها داشته باشد. لذا به نظر می‌رسد دوره‌های مدیریت خشم برای افراد با ویژگی جامعه‌ستیزی مفید باشد.

the role of dark personality traits in predicting competitive anger and aggression in boxers: a path analysis study

the study of dark personality traits and their effects on athlete behavior, particularly in sports psychology, is a compelling area of research. this specific research examined the relationship between three dark personality traits including: machiavellianism, psychopathy, and narcissism with competitive aggression and anger in boxers.the research method used was descriptive correlational, with a statistical population consisting of female and male boxers with at least two years of experience in the box. a total of 181 participants were selected through purposive sampling. the research instruments included a questionnaire on dark triad scale and a questionnaire assessing competitive anger and aggression in athletes. data analysis was conducted using pearson correlation and path analysis in spss 26 and lisrel version 8.8, with a significance level set at less than 0.05. the results of the path analysis indicated that machiavellianism positively predicted competitive aggression, while narcissism negatively predicted it. among the dark personality traits, only machiavellianism was positively correlated with competitive angery.this suggests that boxers with high levels of machiavellianism (i.e., achieving goals by any means necessary) tend to exhibit greater anger and aggression. individuals with higher levels of this trait may show more hostile behavior and emotional fluctuations in the ring, which can ultimately affect their performance and interactions with opponents. thus, it can be inferred that these personality traits play a significant role in shaping the competitive behaviors and emotional responses of boxers. consequently, anger management programs could be beneficial for individuals displaying high levels of machiavellianism.
