تاثیر بازی لیوان چینی بر ادراک بینایی و مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف دانش آموزان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر

هدف: با توجه به مشکل کودکان کم توان ذهنی در اجرای برخی از مهارت های حرکتی و اهمیت اثرات آن در زندگی روزمره، معرفی برنامه های ورزشی مناسب به منظور کمک به این کودکان مهم است. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر بازی لیوان چینی بر ادراک بینایی و مهارت های حرکتی ظریف دانش آموزان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر بود. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر، از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با دو گروه تجربی و کنترل بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و هدفمند، 20 دانش آموز کم توان ذهنی در رده سنی 7 تا 11 سال، به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری آزمون برونینکس اوزرتسکی و آزمون ادراک بینایی فراستیگ بودند. مداخله تمرینی در 16 جلسه 45 دقیقه ای در گروه تجربی اجرا گردید. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 23 انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل، حاکی از بهبود معنادار مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف و برخی از مولفه های ادراک بینایی بر اثر بازی لیوان چینی در گروه تجربی بود. نتیجه گیری: براساس این نتایج بازی لیوان چینی، می تواند در جهت بهبود ادراک بینایی و مهارت های حرکتی کودکان کم توان ذهنی در برنامه های ورزشی و برنامه های روزانه مراکز آموزش و پرورش، آموزشی و توانبخشی کودکان موثر باشد.
