تفسیری فراگیر از امنیت اجتماعی در مطالعه موردی ایران

نظریه‌های امنیت اجتماعی بر هویت، ارزش‌ها و باورهای جامعه به‌منزله ‌اساس جامعه‌بودگی که انسجام و بقاء جامعه درگرو آن است. امنیت اجتماعی، مفهومی زمینه‌مند است که درهر جامعه‌ای بر مبنای دغدغه‌های اساسی و انسجام‌بخش آن جامعه صورت‌بندی می‌شود. بنابه‌این مهم امنیت اجتماعی موضوع پژوهش‌های بسیاری در جامعه ایران بوده است. بااین حال تنوع و تفرق یافته‌های پژوهش‌ها که هر یک وجهی از این مفهوم را موضوع تحقیق خود قرار داده‌اند، دست یابی به تعریفی فراگیر از امنیت اجتماعی را ناکام گذاشته است. با این وصف، در مقاله پیش‌رو با رویکردی توصیفی و تحلیلی و با به کارگیری روش فراترکیب، کوشیده ام تا گستره متنوع پژوهش‌های این حوزه را احصاء و نتایج را به صورت نظام‌مند تجزیه و تحلیل کنم و با ترجمه آن ها به یک دیگر تفسیری جامع‌ از این مفهوم در جامعه ایران ارائه کنم. داده‌های پژوهش به شیوه اسنادی جمع‌آوری شده است. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مطالعات امنیت اجتماعی در هشت محور احساس‌امنیت، ارزش های اسلامی، نیروی انتظامی، فضای شهری، خانواده، زنان، رسانه‌های جمعی و هویت طبقه‌بندی شدند. ارائه تفسیری‌جامع از امنیت‌اجتماعی با جایابی گستره دغدغه‌های اساسی جامعه در ذیل مفهوم بسط یافته هویت مدرن، اسلامی و ایرانی پی‌گیری شد. نتیجه این که توازن عناصر هویت‌ساز جامعه ایرانی مبنای امنیت‌اجتماعی و نبود تعادل در آن ها ناامنی ‌اجتماعی است.

a comprehensive interpretation of societal security in a case study of iran

societal security theories emphasize the identity and values of society as the basis of the social existence on which the cohesion and survival of society depend. societal security is a contextual concept that has been the subject of many studies in iran. however, with a diversity of research, each investigating various aspects of the concept, a comprehensive definition of societal security has never been achieved. adopting a descriptive-analytical approach and using the meta-analysis method, the present article tries to collect the diverse range of researches in this field and systematically analyze the results and provide a comprehensive interpretation of this concept in iran. data were collected by a documentary method. according to the findings, societal security studies are categorized into eight themes: the feeling of security, islamic values, police, urban space, mass media, women, family, and national and ethnic identity. the presentation of a comprehensive interpretation of societal security was followed by placing the scope of the basic concerns of society under the expanded concept of identity - modern, islamic and iranian. the result is that the identity elements of iranian society is the basis of societal security and the imbalance between the layers of identity causes societal insecurity.
