‏ گفتمان فرهنگی دولت نهم و دهم

عرصه فرهنگ یکی از حساسیت برانگیزترین عرصه‌ها در ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی است. ‏دولتها هم معمولاً متناسب با رویکرد فکری خود گفتمان فرهنگی خاصی را در جهت ‏گسترش هژمونی خود ترسیم و ارائه می‌دهند ، درایران بعد از انقلاب دولتها عمدتاً دو دوره فعالیت پیوسته ‏داشته‌اند و در هر دو دولت معمولاً برنامه‌های فرهنگی دولتها در یک راستا می‌باشد و شاهد ‏نوعی تداوم گفتمانی هستیم، اما در دولت نهم و دهم شاهد تغییر در گفتمان فرهنگی شخصیت های تاثیرگذار دولت هستیم.  این مقاله با استفاده از نظریه‌ تحلیل گفتمان لاکلاو و موف به دنبال مفصل‌بندی گفتمانهای ‏فرهنگی دولتهای نهم و دهم و همچنین مقایسه گفتمان فرهنگی این دو دولت می‌باشد یافته ‏های تحقیق حکایت ازتغییر در گفتمان فرهنگی دولت دهم در مقایسه با دولت نهم دارد. بر این اساس ‏در دولت نهم  شاهد حاکمیت نوعی گفتمان فرهنگی دینی مبتنی ‏بر مدیریت ‏اسلامی و ‏دالهای اصلی آن صدور انقلاب، مقابله تهاجم فرهنگی، بازگشت به ارزش‌های ‏‏انقلاب، ممیزی فرهنگی و تاکید بر مسجد به ‏عنوان کانون ‏تحولات بنیادین‏ می‌باشد.‏ و در ‏دولت دهم مدیریت فرهنگی جهانی به عنوان دال مرکزی برنامه‌ها و ناکارامدی فقه، کرامت ‏انسانی، دین جهانی، مکتب ایرانی، تبادل فرهنگی از ‏دالهای اصلی مفصل‌بندی گفتمان فرهنگی ‏می‌باشد

the field of culture has been one of the most sensitive areas in iran. governments usually, design and present a specific cultural discourse for expanding their hegemonic domination. in iran, governments have had two continuous periods of activity, and the cultural programs of governments are usually in the same direction, and we see a kind of discursive continuity. in the ninth and tenth governments  . the current article is qualitatively performed, and weuse  theory of discourse analysis by laclau and mouffe, following the frameworks of the cultural discourses of the ninth and tenth governments, as well as comparing the cultural discourse of the two states. findings of the research indicate a gross difference in the cultural discourse of the ninth and tenth government. , in the ninth government. its main features are to expand the fundamentals of the revolution, cope with the cultural invasion, and . in the tenth government, global cultural management was recognized as the central platform of the program, and the ineffectiveness of jurisprudenceand . are of the main cornerstones of cultural discourseframework
