تاثیر عوامل اکولوژیکی رویشگاه‌های جنوب غرب کشور بر مقدار صمغ و ترکیب‌های شیمیایی اسانس گیاه دارویی آنغوزه

آنغوزه با نام علمی ferula assa_ foetida l. متعلق به تیره چتریان می باشد. گیاه دارویی آنغوزه مخزن غنی از متابولیت های ثانویه و مواد موثره اولیه بسیاری از داروها می باشد. مواد مذکور اگر چه اساسا با هدایت فرآیندهای ژنتیکی ساخته می شوند ولی ساخت آنها بطور بارزی تحت تاثیر عوامل محیطی قرار می گیرد. در این پژوهش رابطه بین ارتفاع از سطح دریا و برخی خصوصییات فیزیکو شیمیایی خاک به عنوان فاکتورهای مهم و اثرگدار بر مقادیر کمی و کیفی اسانس و همچنین مقدار صمغ گونه ferula assa foetida در رویشگاه های طبیعی استان های فارس، خوزستان، کهگیلویه و بویراحمد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور ابتدا سه رویشگاه طبیعی این گونه به ترتیب (سپیدان، بهبهان، تنگ سرخ) با ارتفاع های مختلف از سطح دریا مشخص شد. بعد از تهیه نمونه از ریشه یا قاعده ساقه و تعیین مقدار وزن صمغ گیاه مذکور، استخراج اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب با دستگاه کلونجر انجام گردید. سپس برای تعیین ترکیب های تشکیل دهنده اسانس از دستگاه gc و gc/ms استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل های بدست آمده با نرم افزار sas نسخه 9.2 انجام شد. درصد اسانس و صمغ هر سه رویشگاه با افزایش ارتفاع از سطح دریا، کاهش قابل ملاحظه ای را نشان داد که می توان آن را به عوامل محیطی از جمله خاک، آب و هوا، رطوبت و همچنین ارتفاع نسبت داد .همچنین نتایج نشان داد که رویشگاه بهبهان( خوزستان) با 3.68 درصد بیشترین مقدار اسانس را در مقایسه با سایر رویشگاه ها داشت. و ترکیب های عمده در اسانس رویشگاه خوزستان دارای کیفیت بهتری بود.

Then, to determine the composition of the oils Of GC and GC / MS was used. The resulting analysis was performed with SAS version 9.2. Essential oil content and gum three sites with height above sea level, showed a significant decrease. That it can be environmental factors such as soil, water and air, humidity and altitude also attributed. Results also showed that Behbahan sites (Khuzestan) 3.68 percent Most of the oil was compared to other habitats.
