بررسی رابطه ادراک دانشجویان پرستاری از محیط آموزشی بر میزان درگیری تحصیلی آنان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در سال تحصیلی 98-1397

زمینه و هدف: محیط یادگیری نقش مهمی در فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری ایفا می کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر ادراک دانشجویان پرستاری از محیط یادگیری بر میزان درگیری تحصیلی آنان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 طراحی و اجرا شد.روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی، جامعه آماری را کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز تشکیل دادند که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به شیوه تصادفی تعداد 291 آزمودنی انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های استاندارد شده ارزیابی محیط آموزشی (dreem) و درگیری تحصیلی اسچوفیلی و همکاران (1996) استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کلی محیط یادگیری و آموزش 81/12 ±26/125 از حداکثر نمره 200 بود که به معنی وجود جنبه های مثبت بیش تر از جنبه های منفی در محیط است. یافته ها نشان داد ادراک دانشجویان از محیط یادگیری پیش بینی کننده درگیری تحصیلی آنان است. بر اساس محاسبه ضرایب رگرسیونی، حیطه های پنجگانه ادراک از محیط یادگیری و آموزش (در مدل dreem) نقش معناداری در پیش بینی درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان داشت (01/0>p).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش در خصوص نقش ادراک از محیط یادگیری و آموزش در پیش بینی درگیری تحصیلی، توجه به نقش محیط و متناسب سازی آن بسیار مهم می نماید.

Investigating the Relationship between Nursing Students' Perception of the Instructional Environment on the Level of Their Academic Engagement at the Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in 2018-19

Background and Objective: Learning environment has an important role in the process of teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of nursing students rsquo; perception of the instructional environment on their academic engagement in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in 201819 academic years.Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive correlational research. The statistical population consisted of nursing and midwifery school students of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences of whom 291 students were selected based on Morgan table and through random sampling. Data collection tools were standardized questionnaires of Dundee Ready Education Environment (DREEM) and Academic Engagement Scale (Schaufeli et al, 1996). Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression were employed for data analysis.Results: The mean of total score obtained from nursing instructional environment was 125.26 ±12.81 from 200 (MAX) that signified positive aspects to be more than negative. Findings showed that students rsquo; perceptions of the learning environment would predict their academic engagement (R=0.518, R2=0.269, p<0.01). Calculation of regression coefficients revealed that the five components perception of learning and instruction (DREEM model) had a significant role in predicting students #39; academic engagement (R=0.518, R2=0.269, P<0.01).Conclusion: Given the role of perception of the learning environment in predicting students rsquo; academicengagement, it is important to pay attention to the role and adjustment of academic environment.
