تبیین تجربه شرکت کنندگان از آسیب‌های برنامه درسی کارگاه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی در علوم پزشکی: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه در موسسات علوم پزشکی بخش عظیمی از آموزش کارآفرینی در قالب برگزاری یک سری کارگاه‌ها به دانشجویان ارائه می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تجربه شرکت کنندگان از آسیب‌های برنامه درسی کارگاه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی در علوم پزشکی است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا جهت‌دار انجام شد. جهت تحلیل محتوا مبتنی بر تئوری رالف تایلر در خصوص عناصر چهار گانه برنامه درسی بود. پژوهش حاضر شامل دانشجویان شرکت کننده علوم پزشکی دانشگاه تهران در کارگاه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی بودند، نمونه گیری آن به شکل هدفمند با روش گلوله برفی صورت گرفت و با مصاحبه نیمه ‌سازمان‌یافته با 14 نفر از آنها مصاحبه به حد اشباع رسید. سپس کلیه مصاحبه‌ها روی کاغذ پیاده شد و استخراج کد‌ها به صورت دستی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که برنامه درسی کارگاه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی با آسیب‌های شامل 18 مقوله در قالب چهار عنصر هدف، محتوا، روش تدریس و ارزشیابی در برنامه درسی مواجه است.نتیجه‌ گیری: دست اندرکاران علوم پزشکی و همچنین متولیان برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی در راستای فضای لازم برای آموزش کارآفرینی باید توجهی بیش از پیش به برنامه درسی کارگاه‌های آموزش کارآفرینی با توجه به آسیب‌های تعیین شده داشته باشند.

Determining the Experiences of Students of Pathology of Curriculum of Entrepreneurship Education Workshops in Medical Sciences: A Qualitative Study

Background Aim: Today, a large part of entrepreneurship education is provided to students in medical institutions in the form of a series of workshops. This study aimed to explain the experiences of students of the pathology of the curriculum of entrepreneurship education workshops in the field of medical sciences. Materials and Methods: This was a qualitative study conducted with a directed content analysis method. Content analysis was carried out based on four components of Ralph Tyler rsquo;s model. Subjects were selected from medical students of the University of Tehran attending entrepreneurship education workshops using snowball sampling. Data saturation was reached after semistructured interviews with 14 individuals. All interviews were transcribed verbatim and manually extracted codes were analyzed.Results: In this study, the issues of entrepreneurship education workshops were classified into 18 categories presented in the form of four main components of objectives, content, teaching method, and evaluation in the curriculum. Conclusion: Those involved in medical sciences, as well as those in charge of holding entrepreneurship education workshops, should pay more attention to the curriculum of entrepreneurship education workshops according to the identified pathology in order to provide the necessary space for entrepreneurship training.
