تحلیلی پدیدارشناسانه از تجارب زیسته‌ی دانشجویان مامایی در مورد امتحان جامع پایان دوره تحصیلی کارشناسی مامایی به روش آزمون بالینی با ساختار عینی

هدف: یکی از اهداف مهم آموزش ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان است و آزمون ساختاریافته عینی-بالینی (osce) یکی از روش‌های ارزشیابی صلاحیت عملکرد دانشجویان علوم پزشکی می‌باشد. این پژوهش در قالب یک تحقیق کیفی و پدیدارشناختی به منظور دستیابی به تجارب زیسته‌ی دانشجویان مامایی نسبت به آزمون بالینی با ساختار عینی امتحان جامع پایان دوره تحصیلی کارشناسی مامایی، در جهت پاسخگویی به این سوال که »تجربیات و ادراکات دانشجویان رشته مامایی نسبت به آزمون بالینی با ساختار عینی امتحان جامع پایان دوره تحصیلی کارشناسی چیست؟ « انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه‌ی پدیدارشناختی با رویکرد کلایزی، نمونه‌گیری به روش مبتنی بر هدف در سال 1397، از میان دانشجویان کارشناسی مامایی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی کرمان بعد از پایان امتحان osce فینال انجام شد. پژوهش تا رسیدن به پدیده اشباع داده‌ها ادامه داشت. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته به مدت 40-30 دقیقه انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد انتظارات وتجربیات مشارکت کننده ها در خصوص ارزشیابی بالینی با ساختار عینی عمدتا به صورت »فراهم شدن ارزشیابی بالینی بصورت عملی در osce « ؛ »ضرورت استفاده از osce به‌عنوان ابزاری عینی در ارزشیابی بالینی «؛ »لزوم عادلانه بودن ارزشیابی بالینی با osce « ؛ و »استرس‌زا بودن این آزمون « بود.نتیجه‌گیری: در ارزشیابی بالینی عملی بودن آزمون، کشف مهارت‌های عملی و آرامش دانشجویان، اجرای عدالت در ارزشیابی باید مدنظر قرار گیرد، که تمام این مشخصات در osce نمود عینی دارد. پس میتوان از این آزمون به عنوان ابزار عینی در ارزشیابی بالینی بهره برد و بکار گرفتن آن را به مسئولین و مدرسین مربوطه پیشنهاد نمود.

Phenomenological approach of the Live Experiences of the midwifery students on the final examination course the method Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE)

Background Objective: One of the important purpose of clinical education is to improve studentschr('39') clinical skills. About 50% of midwifery education focuses on clinical education. One of the methods for assessing the performance of the student rsquo;s qualified medical sciences is the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). This study was designed to qualitatively explain the views of midwifery students of Islamic Azad University of Kerman on OSCE exam in comprehensive examination of midwifery undergraduate course in maternity unit. In order to answer the question, What are the experiences and views of midwifery students regarding the final examination course the method Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE) ?Materials and Methods: In this qualitative study, a purposive sampling method was used among the undergraduate students of midwifery of Kerman Islamic Azad University which had made final as OSCE. The research was conducted to reach the sample size of 13 people, when data saturation occurred. Data were collected through semistructured interviews for 3040 minutes. The data were analyzed according to the descriptive Colaizzi phenomenological approach.Results: In the present study, the live experiences of students obtained through interviews with them showed that their expectations regarding clinical evaluation with an objective structure mainly included such cases: the necessity of clinical evaluation in OSCE; the need to use OSCE as a standard tool in clinical evaluation; the necessity of fair clinical evaluation with OSCE; the anxiety of this test.Conclusion: In the clinical evaluation of the practicality of the test should be considered discovery of students chr('39')practical skills, studentschr('39') peace of mind and the administration of justice in evaluation at different stages of the test, and all these features are reflected in the OSCE. So this test can be used as an objective tool in clinical evaluation and its application to officials and relevant teachers suggested.
