نگرش اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان دکتری نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه ای در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان در سال97-1396

زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان مقطع دکتری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان نسبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه‌ای در سال 1397-1396 انجام شدروش بررسی: این پژوهش تحقیق مقطعی بود. افراد نمونه 133 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان مقطع دکتری بودند که به روش طبقه‌ای -نسبتی انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، خودکارآمدی، نگرش نسبت به عملکرد مربیگری، رشته ی تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه‌ای بررسی شدند. اطلاعات توسط نرم افزار spss نسخه 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نگرش اکثریت اساتید و دانشجویان نسبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی در سطح مطلوب بود ولی نگرش دانشجویان به پیشرفت حرفه ای در حد مطلوب نبود. نگرش مثبت نسبت به پیشرفت حرفه ای با وضعیت استخدام رسمی افراد مرتبط بود (0.05>p). بین نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و عملکرد مربی گری، خودکارآمدی و پیشرفت حرفه ای ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت(0.05>p). خودکارآمدی دانشجویان با نگرش نسبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه‌ای شان همبستگی مثبت معنی داری داشت. همچنین بین نگرش اساتید و دانشجویان نسبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه‌ای ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت (0.05>p).نتیجه گیری: عملکرد اساتید بر نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه ای آنان موثر است. اساتید می توانند با بکار گیری شاخص‌های آموزشی ، پژوهشی، اجرایی و فرهنگی بعنوان الگویی برای دانشجویان در نظر گرفته می شوند و نگرش به رشته تحصیلی و پیشرفت حرفه ای آنان را ارتقا بخشند.

The Attitude of Faculty Members and PhD Students to Field of Study and Career Development in Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in 2017-2018

Background Aim: This study aimed to determine the attitude of faculty members and PhD students at Hamedan University of Medical Sciences, Hamedan, Iran toward the field of study and career development in 20172018.Materials and Methods: This crosssectional study was performed on 133 faculty members and PhD students selected by relativestratified sampling. Using demographic characteristics questionnaires, we assessed the selfefficacy, attitude to coaching function, the field of study and career development. In addition, data analysis was performed in SPSS version 16.Results: In this study, most professors and students had a favorable attitude to the field of study. On the other hand, students had an unfavorable attitude toward career development. Moreover, a positive attitude toward career development was related to the permanent employment status of individuals (P<0.05). In addition, a significant relationship was observed between students rsquo; attitude toward field of study, coaching function, selfefficacy and career development (P<0.05). Furthermore, there was a significant, positive correlation between students rsquo; selfefficacy and their attitude toward field of study and career development (P<0.05).Conclusion: According to the results of the study, the performance of professors affected the attitude of students toward field of study and career development. Using educational, research, administrative and cultural indicators, professors can become role models for students and improve their attitude toward field of study and career development.
