عوامل مرتبط با برقراری ارتباط موثر میان استاد مشاور و دانشجو از نظر دانشجویان دانشکده توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان

زمینه و هدف: ارتباط موثر بین دانشجو و استاد مشاور در افزایش اثربخشی فرایند مشاوره نقش اساسی دارد. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی عوامل موثر در برقراری ارتباط موثر بین دانشجویان و اساتید مشاور از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده علوم توانبخشی همدان است.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، 117 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان شرکت کردند. پرسشنامه ارتباط موثر دانشجو و استاد در سه حیطه‌ی فردی، حرفه‌ای و علمی استفاده گردید. با مراجعه حضوری پرسشنامه به صورت خود ایفا توسط دانشجویان تکمیل گردید. آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده ازآمار توصیفی وآزمون تحلیلی t مستقل و آنالیز واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت.یافته ها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده میانگین نمرات مربوط به سه حیطه فردی، حرفه‌ای و علمی استاد مشاور از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب 0.4 ± 4.07 و 0.57 ± 4.23 و 0.63 ±4.13 بود. آیتم صمیمیت و همدلی با دانشجویان، هم رشته بودن استاد و دانشجو، به روز بودن علم استاد بیشترین تاثیر و به طور کلی سن و جنس و وضعیت ظاهری کمترین تاثیر را در ارتباط موثر دانشجو واستاد مشاور دارند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که شخصیت و جنبه اخلاقی استاد می‌تواند در بهبود روابط بین استاد و دانشجو و در نتیجه افزایش و بهبود فرایند مشاوره موثر باشد.

Factors Affecting Teacher-Student Relationship from the Perspective of Students in School of Rehabilitation, Hamadan University of Medical Sciences

Background Objective: Effective teacherstudent relationship plays a fundamental role in the effective increase of the counseling process. This study aimed to recognize the factors affecting the advisorstudent relationship from the perspective of students in school of rehabilitation in Hamadan, Iran.Materials and Methods: This crosssectional, descriptive study was performed on 117 students in the school of rehabilitation at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. In this study, the teacherstudent relationship questionnaire was applied in three individual, professional and scientific areas. Students filled the questionnaires through selfreport, and data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, independent ttest, and analysis of variance.Results: In this study, the mean scores related to three individual, professional, and scientific characteristics of advisors from the perspective of students were reported to be 4.07 ±0.4, 4.23 ±0.57, and 4.13 ±0.63, respectively. The items of sympathy with students, homogeneity of students and professors in terms of field of study, and having uptodate knowledge in professors had the most impact on the teacherstudent relationship, whereas the variables of age, gender and appearance had the least effect in this regard.Conclusion: According to the results of the study, the character and ethical aspect of professors can affect the improvement of the teacherstudent relationship, thereby increasing and enhancing the counseling process.
