طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی مقیم سازی دانشجویان سال آخر کارشناسی پرستاری در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان

زمینه و هدف: تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری در دوره کارآموزی در عرصه نیازمند مراقبت و مدیریت هوشمندانه است. این برنامه با هدف مقیم سازی دانشجویان سال آخر کارشناسی پرستاری در مراکز آموزشی درمانی طراحی و به اجرا درآمد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مداخله ای تک گروهی قبل و بعد آموزش بالینی دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری در سال آخر دوره تحصیلی به صورت حضور در نوبت کاری کامل در بخش های داخلی و جراحی مرکز آموزشی درمانی حضرت ولیعصر (عج) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان تحت نظارت همکار آموزشی بخش و مربی ارشد مستقر در مرکز برنامه ریزی گردید. برنامه از نیمسال اول تحصیلی 96-95 شروع و تا نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 97-96 ادامه پیدا کرد. تیم برنامه ریز و اجرایی این برنامه در دانشکده و تیم متناظر آن در مرکز آموزشی و درمانی، مسئولیت برنامه ریزی، اجرا، نظارت و ارزشیابی برنامه را به عهده داشتند. رضایت مندی دانشجویان از برنامه و واکنش و بازخورد آنها و تیم برنامه ریز و اجرایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه از سطح یک مدل کرک پاتریک برای ارزیابی برنامه استفاده گردید.یافته ‌ها: اکثر دانشجویان شرکت کننده در برنامه اذعان داشتند که برنامه در آمادگی حرفه ای، مسئولیت پذیری و بهبود اعتماد به نفس و استقلال کاری آنها نسبت به برنامه معمول conventional تاثیر مثبت داشته است. آنها نقد های نیز به برنامه داشتند که به مهمترین آنها در متن مقاله اشاره شده است. همچنین سرپرستاران و همکاران آموزشی مرکز آموزشی درمانی معتقد بودند که برنامه علاوه بر دستیابی فراگیران به اهداف آموزشی، توانسته است بار مراقبتی کارکنان پرستاری بخش ها را نیز تعدیل نماید.نتیجه گیری: ارزیابی برنامه بیانگر موفقیت برنامه در دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی بود. به نظر می رسد اجرای برنامه های مشابه در این مقطع از دوره آموزشی دانشجویان نه تنها به تسهیل گذر نقش حرفه ای دانشجویان کمک می نماید، بلکه در صورت اجرای موثر می تواند به تعدیل چالش کمبود نیروی پرستاری کشور هم کمک نماید. توصیه می گردد با انجام مطالعاتی امکان اجرای چنین برنامه ای را در سال آخر دوره آموزشی رشته های مرتبط از جمله کارشناسی مامایی و دیگر رشته های پیراپزشکی بررسی نمایند.

Designing implementing and evaluating the settlement of the senior undergraduate nursing students at the Educational and Treatment Center of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences

Background and Objective: Nursing students' experiences in the field of internship require intelligent attention and management. The plan was designed and implemented in order to settle the senior undergraduate nursing students at the Educational and Treatment Center.Materials and Methods: In order to implement this singlegroup interventional study, undergraduate nursing students were attending fulltime work in medical and surgical wards of Educational and Treatment Center under the supervision of a teaching assistant (TA) and a senior instructor in their last year of the course. The program started from the first semester of the 20162017 academic year and continued until the second semester of the 20172018. The planning and implementation team of the program at the faculty and its corresponding team at the educational and treatment center was responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the program. Students' satisfaction with the program and their feedback was reviewed by the planning and implementation team. In this study, the first level of a Kirkpatrick model was used to evaluate the program.Results: Most of the participating students acknowledged that the program had a positive impact on professional preparation, accountability, selfesteem, and job independence in comparison to the conventional program. They also had criticisms of the program, that the most important of them was mentioned in the article. Also, the head nurses and TAs believed that the program, in addition to reaching the educational goals, was able to moderate the care burden of the nursing staff of the departments.Conclusion: Appraisal of the program illustrates the success of the program in achieving educational goals. It seems that the implementation of similar programs at this stage of the student's curriculum will not only facilitate the transition of the student's professional role but if implemented effectively, it can also help to mitigate the shortage of nursing. It is recommended to study the possibility of implementing such programs in the final year of the midwifery and other paramedical courses.
