بررسی نیاز‌های برنامه‌ی آموزشی پزشکان عمومی برای پاسخگو‌یی اجتماعی بر اساس مدل معادلات ساختاری

زمینه و هدف: پاسخ گویی اجتماعی در آموزش پزشکی به معنای خواستن و توانایی تطابق با نیازهای بیماران و سیستم مراقبت از بیمار به صورت ملی و جهانی است. سرعت تغییرات در نظام سلامت و نیازهای جامعه، بازنگری در آموزش پزشکی، به نحوی که پزشکانی متناسب و آماده رویارویی با مشکلات قرن بیست و یکم تربیت کند، ضروری می نماید.از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نیازهای آموزشی پزشکان عمومی برای پاسخگویی اجتماعی می باشد.روش بررسی: روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه ی گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه ی آماری شامل صاحب نظران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، اساتید دانشکده ی پزشکی، و پزشکان شاغل در سیستم بهداشتی درمانی بودند. با توجه به اهداف تحقیق از روش نمونه گیری، غیر تصادفی مبتنی بر هدف بود. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روایی محتوایی و تحلیل عاملی تایید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0.85 محاسبه شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و amos تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد بین مولفه ی بالینی و مولفه ی پژوهش رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه ی آموزشی و مولفه ی بالینی رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه ی حمایتی و مولفه ی آموزشی رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه ی حمایتی و مولفه ی بالینی رابطه وجود دارد ولی بین مولفه ی آموزش و مولفه ی پژوهش و همچنین بین مولفه ی حمایتی و مولفه ی پژوهش رابطه معناداری یافت نشد. در نهایت این که بین پاسخگویی اجتماعی و حوزه های آموزشی، بالینی و پژوهشی رابطه ی معناداری وجود دارد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیان گر اهمیت پرداختن به پاسخگویی اجتماعی در برنامه های آموزشی پزشکان عمومی بر اساس مدل care به عنوان یک ابزار راهنما برای اجرای برنامه پاسخ گویی است.

Evaluation of Requirements of Social Accountability in the Curriculum of General Practitioners Based on Structural Equation Models

Background Objectives: Social accountability in medical education is interpreted as the willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of patients and the healthcare system both nationally and globally. The speed of changes in the health system and the community rsquo;s needs has necessitated the training of physicians who are ready to face the problems of the 21st century. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the requirements of social accountability in the curriculum of general practitioners.Materials and Methods: This was an applied (in terms of goal) and descriptive and correlational (regarding data collection technique) research. The statistical population included experts of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, professors of the school of medicine, and physicians working in the healthcare system. Subjects were selected through nonrandom purposive sampling. In addition, data were collected applying a researchermade questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by content validity and factor analysis methods. Moreover, its reliability was estimated at Cronbach rsquo;s alpha of 0.85. Furthermore, data analysis was performed in SPSS and AMOS.Results: In this study, there was a relationship between the clinical and research components. In addition, an association was found between educational and clinical components, as well as between advocacy and educational components. On the other hand, while a relationship existed between the advocacy and clinical components, there was no significant association between educational and research components, as well as between advocacy and research components. In the end, a significant relationship was observed between social accountability and educational, clinical, and research fields.Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it is vital to focus on social accountability in the curriculum of general practitioners based on CARE model as a guide tool for the implementation of the accountability program.
