بررسی میزان دستیابی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز به مهارت‌های عمومی قرن 21

زمینه و هدف: یکی از موضوعات اساسی در ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش عالی میزان توجه به مهارت های مورد نیاز زمانی و مکانی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان دستیابی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز به مهارت های عمومی قرن 21 انجام گرفت.روش بررسی: روش مطالعه ی توصیفی مقطعی بود که 300 نفر از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه محمودی و مولا استفاده شد که روایی آن از طریق نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (0.90) مورد تایید قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد میزان مهارت های عمومی قرن 21 دانشجویان علوم پزشکی در حیطه ی شناختی مهارتی و حیطه ی عاطفی با توجه به میانگین نظری (3) در حد متوسط بوده (p<0.0001)، ولی در حیطه ی فرهنگی اجتماعی از حد متوسط تا حدودی بالاتر بوده (p<0.0001) و از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار بودند. نتیجه گیری: میزان دستیابی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی به سطوح بالای حیطه ی شناختی و عاطفی مربوط به مهارت های عمومی قرن 21 توجه در حد متوسط بوده و برای دستیابی به وضعیت مطلوب، باید فرایند یاددهی - یادگیری و برنامه های درسی مورد بازنگری قرار گیرند.

Evaluation of the Students Access to the 21st Century General Skills at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran

Background Objective: Attention to the necessary skills in time and place are among the most important issues in the evaluation of the quality of academic education. The present study aimed to evaluate the access of students to the 21st century general skills at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran.Materials and Methods: This crosssectional, descriptive study was conducted on 300 medical students, who were selected via simple random sampling. Data were collected using the questionnaire developed by Mahmoodi and Mola, which its validity has been confirmed based on expert opinions, and the reliability has been established at the Cronbach rsquo;s alpha of 0.90.Results: The general skills of the 21st century in the medical students were at an average level in the cognitive and affective domains considering a theoretical average of 3 (P<0.0001). However, the skill level was observed to be above average and favorable in the sociocultural domain (P<0.0001). Conclusion: According to the results, the access of the students at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences to the highlevel cognitive and affective skills of the 21st century was average, which should be taken into account for the optimization of the teachinglearning process and improvement of the curricula.
