کاوشی تطبیقی-تحلیلی در تفاوت‌های میان شواهد متنی و کالبدی مجموعه تاریخی شمسیه یزد

اهداف: در این مقاله، شمسیه‌ی یزد، مجموعه‌ای متعلق به قرن 8 هجری قمری، از دریچه‌ی دو متن تاریخی «تاریخ یزد» (اثر جعفری) و «تاریخ جدید یزد» (اثر کاتب) – هر دو متعلق به قرن 9 - بررسی می‌شود. تفاوت میان توصیفات این دو متن با یکدیگر و با کالبد بجای‌مانده از بنا، چارچوبی برای فهم این بنا و ادراک آن در گذشته فراهم سازد.روش‌ها: این مقاله با روش تاریخی-تفسیری، ابتدا به بازشناسی مجموعه‌ی شمسیه در وقفنامه‌ی جامع‌الخیرات می‌پردازد و سپس با قیاس توصیفات جعفری و کاتب با یکدیگر و با وقفنامه و کالبد بنا، به موارد اختلاف میان توصیفات می‌پردازد. نهایتا با مداقه در بستر اجتماعی بنا و بافتار کلی این متون، به بازشناسی مجموعه‌ی شمسیه و نوع نگاه متون به آن می‌پردازد.یافته‌ها: اختلاف اصلی بین متن جعفری و کاتب در خصوص شمسیه، نوع اشاره به جزئیات تزیینی و ممرهای آبرسانی است. همچنین در حالی که در متون قرن 9 از دو مدرسه در این مجموعه یاد شده است، در جامع‌الخیرات تنها از یک مدرسه یاد می‌شود. تفاوت‌های خُرد دیگری نیز میان توصیف جعفری و کاتب وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: کلید فهم تفاوت‌ها، تفاوت نوع نگاه دو نویسنده است؛ در حالی که جعفری به کلیت بنا و ممرهای سطحی آب توجه بیشتری دارد، کاتب به تزیینات بنا و آب‌های زیرزمینی وزن بیشتری می‌دهد. همچنین تفاوت بستر اجتماعی قرن 9 با قرن 8، باعث شده است که بنای دارالسیاده‌ی شمسیه تدریجا با عنوان «مدرسه» یاد شود. 

a comparative-analytical exploration of the differences between the evidences and remnants available from the yazd shamsiya complex

aims: in this article, shamsiya of yazd, a complex of the 8th century a.h, is examined through the lens of two historical texts tarikh-e yazd (by ja’fari) and tarikh-e jadid-e yazd (by kateb) - both from the 9th century. the differences between these 2 descriptions and with the remains of the building, provides a framework for understanding this building and its perception in the past.methods: this article, using the historical-interpretive method, first deals with the identification of the shamsiya complex in the waqfname (endowment letter) of jame’ al-khairat, and then compares the descriptions of ja’fari and kateb with each other and with the waqfname and building itself. secondly, it will list the differences among descriptions. finally, considering social backgrounds and textual context, it will recognize the shamsiya collection and the way it was looked upon.findings: the main difference between jafari’s text and kateb’s about shamsiya is the type of reference to decorative details and water supply corridors. also, while the texts of the 9th century mention two madrasas in this complex, only one madrasa is mentioned in jame’ al-khairat. there are other minor differences between them also.conclusion: the key to understand the differences lies in two authors’ different perspectives; while ja’fari pays attention to the whole building and the surface water passages, kateb weighs more to the decorative detail and underground water. also, the difference between the social background of the 9th and the 8th century has caused the building of dar al-siyadeh to gradually become madrasa.
