اﻓﺰایش ﻣﺴﺮتﺑﺨﺸﯽ در اﺣﯿﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ

ﻇﻬﻮر ﮐﺎرﺧﺎﻧﺠﺎت ﻣﺘﺮوﮐﻪ، در ﻣﺠﺎورت ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺴﮑﻮﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮی، ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﺮوز ﻣﺸﮑﻼﺗﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺷﻬﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﺎن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از آن ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻌﻀﻼت زیستﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و آﻟﻮدﮔﯽﻫﺎی ﺑﺼﺮی ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﺷﻬﺮی اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ارزشﻫﺎی ﺗﺎریخی، ﻫﻮیتی و ﻣﯿﺮاث ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ این ﺳﺎیتﻫﺎ، اﻣﺮوزه اﺣﯿﺎی این ﮔﺮوه از ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﺷﻬﺮی یکی از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮین اﻫﺪاف ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪریزان، ﻃﺮاﺣﺎن و ﻣﻌﻤﺎران ﻣﻨﻈﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در این ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺎر ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان اﺻﻠﯽﺗﺮین ﻫﺪف ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ اﺣﯿﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﺎ ویژﮔﯽ ﺗﻘﻮیت ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺴﺮتﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ارﺗﻘﺎی ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﮑﺎن ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ این ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺳﺖ. در این راﺳﺘﺎ از طریق روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روشﻫﺎی ﺟﻤﻊآوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪﺻﻮرتﻫﺎی ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪای و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ (ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن و ﺻﺎﺣﺐﻧﻈﺮان) و ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎزﺧﻮاﻧﯽ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﯿﻪﻫﺎی ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ (icomos) و ﺗﯿﮑﯽ (ticcih) ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﺗﻘﻮیت ﺣﺲ ﻣﺴﺮت ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ، رویکردﻫﺎ و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﻫﺎی اﺣﯿﺎ، ﺗﺮﻣﯿﻢ و آﺑﺎدﺳﺎزی ﺳﺎیتﻫﺎی ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده درﺳﺖ از ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ در اﻓﺰایش اﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﺴﺮت ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮین یاﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی این ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎیج ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از این ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﻫﺎی ﮐﻼﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در اﺣﯿﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻘﻮیت ﻣﺴﺮتﺑﺨﺸﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺷﻮد. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺪﻗﯿﻖ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع، ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﮐﻮر از ﻃﺮیق ﭘﺮﺳﺶ از ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ارزشﮔﺬاری ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در ﻧﻬﺎیت ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺑﺮای اﺣﯿﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﻇﺮ ﭘﺴﺎﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف اﻓﺰایش ﻣﺴﺮت در ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﺷﻬﺮی ارایه ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.

The Improve of Sense of Pleasure in Reclamation of Post-Industrial Landscapes

Some semiclosed or completely abandoned big sites found in cities which caused several urban problems in the vicinity of urban residential areas such as Environmental issues and visual pollutions of urban landscapes. Today Reclamation of this group of all kinds of urban landscapes with regard to their historical, identities and industrial heritage values is the major goal of planners, designers, and Landscape Architects. This article also emphasizes on this main goal.The main issue of this research is how to reclaim postindustrial landscapes with the feature of enhancing the pleasant components as an effective factor in improving the quality of the place. Toward this goal by means of the analyticaldescriptive research method and by using library and field research methods for data collection (i.e. interview with the expert elites) and international declarations of ICCOMOS and TICCIH, we extract the concepts relevant to postindustrial Landscapes and the factors influencing the sense of Pleasure on citizens.The proper recognition of the approaches and policies of reclamation of postindustrial sites, along with the proper use of the potential of postindustrial landscapes to increase citizens rsquo; sense of pleasure, are the most important findings of this paper.The results of this essay are macro policies which can lead to sustaining Pleasure in citizens at the reclamation of postindustrial landscape process. To narrow the subject, the mentioned policies were evaluated through asking elite interviewees. Finally, a comprehensive model is presented in order to Reclamation of postindustrial landscapes with an aim of improving Pleasure in urban landscapes.
