سنت تصویری سازه‌های مهندسی در تمدن و هنر اسلامی

سده‌های نخست تمدن اسلامی در ایران، اختراعاتی در عرصه‌ی‌ سازه‌های مهندسی انجام شده که با جزئیات نوشتاری و تصویری، اطلاعات تکنولوژی را ثبت کرده‌اند. در کتاب “الجامع بین العلم و العمل النافع فی صناعه الحیل” نوشته‌ی جزری (6 ه.ق)، چندین دستگاه با سازوکار (تکنولوژی) روز معرفی شده است. این کتاب، یک کتاب جامع نظری و عملی می‌باشد و دستگاه‌های ارائه شده در این کتاب از لحاظ ظاهر و کارایی متفاوت بودند. امروزه دستورالعمل‌های تصویری آن، بخشی از سنت تصویری ایران را شامل می‌شود. ضرورت و کاربرد چنین تحقیقاتی، آشنایی با پیشینه‌ی علمی و هنری گذشته‌ی هنر و تمدن اسلامی ایران است و شناخت سنت تصویرسازی علمی، استفاده از هنر و چگونگی آن را در سال‌های اولیه اسلامی در ایران نشان می‌دهد. این پژوهش یک تحقیق توصیفی بنیادی، به‌روش تطبیقی عرضی است. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است آغاز سنت مصورسازی علمی و انتقال دانش توسط تصویر، با شرح و ارائه‌ی دستگاه‌ها، ارزیابی شود و شاخصه‌های هنر نقاشی ایران در تصاویر علمی کتاب جزری شناسایی و تبیین شود. نتیجه گرفته می شود که نگاره‌ها، علاوه بر ارزش هنری، تصاویر ارزشمندی هستند که با رعایت شاخصه‌های سنتی هنر ایران در ارائه و شناخت وسایل مکانیکی عصر خود موفق بوده‌اند.

the pictorial tradition of engineering structures in islamic civilization and art

in the first centuries of islamic civilization in iran, inventions were made in the field of engineering structures that recorded technological information with written and visual details. in the book &al-jama’i bin al-ilam wa al-amal al-naf’i fi sanaa’ al-hayl& written by &jezri& (6 ah), several devices with modern mechanisms (technology) have been introduced. this book is a comprehensive theoretical and practical book and the devices presented in this book were different in terms of appearance and performance. today, its pictorial instructions include a part of the pictorial tradition of iran. the necessity and application of such research is familiarity with the past scientific and artistic background of islamic art and civilization of iran, and knowledge of the tradition of scientific illustration shows the use of art and how it was used in the early years of islam in iran.this research is a basic descriptive research with cross-sectional comparative method. in this study, an attempt has been made to evaluate the beginning of the tradition of scientific illustration and transfer of knowledge through images, with the description and presentation of devices, and to identify and explain the characteristics of iranian painting art in the scientific illustrations of the book of jezree. it is concluded that paintings, in addition to their artistic value, are valuable images that have succeeded in presenting and recognizing the mechanical devices of their era by observing the traditional features of iranian art.
