نقدهای علامه طباطبایی بر نظریه های مفسران دیگر در تفسیر آیات مربوط به مسائل اجتماعی با تاکید بر نظریه اعتباریات

یکی از نوآوری‌های علامه طباطبایی، نظریه اعتباریات است. این نظریه بر آراء ایشان در زمینه‌های مختلف تاثیر گذاشته است. یکی از این موارد، تفسیر آیات مربوط به مسائل اجتماعی است. علامه در این راستا حین بحث از مسائل اجتماعی به نظریه اعتباریات توجه داشته و بسیاری از آن‌ها را بر همین مبنا توجیه و تفسیر کرده است. این تحقیق با روش جستجوی کتابخانه‌ای و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی (توصیفی – تحلیلی) به بررسی تاثیر نظریه اعتباریات علامه در تفسیر آیات مربوط به مسائل اجتماعی در تفسیر المیزان پرداخته و به این نتیجه رسیده است که ایشان، در تبیین مسائلی چون پیدایش زندگی اجتماعی انسان، روابط اجتماعی چون اخوت و بنوت و زوجیت، کلام و زبان، قوانین اجتماعی و عقد و عهد و قسم، نظریه اعتباریات را دخالت داده و در برخی موارد دیدگاهی نو و برخلاف دیدگاه‌های مفسران ارائه کرده است.

Allamah Tabatabai’s critique of other commentators’ theories in interpreting social issues with emphasis on , Non-realistic perception theory

One of the innovations of Allameh Tabatabai is the theory of &Nonrealistic perception&. This theory has influenced their views in various fields. One of these is the interpretation of verses related to social issues. In this regard, while discussing social issues, Allameh has paid attention to the theory of &Nonrealistic perception& and has justified and interpreted many of them on this basis. This research has investigated the effect of Allameh &Nonrealistic perception& Theory in the interpretation of verses related to social issues in the interpretation of AlMizan by using the library search method and using the qualitative content analysis method (descriptiveanalytical) and has reached the conclusion that he, in explaining issues such as Genesis Human social life, social relations such as brotherhood, sonship and marriage, word and language, social laws and contracts and oaths, have introduced the theory of &Nonrealistic perception& and in some cases has presented a new perspective and contrary to the views of commentators.
