پژوهشی در اصول جراحی چشم بر اساس کتاب المرشد فی طب العین غافِقی

بررسی تحلیلی ـ تطبیقی کتاب های چشم پزشکی اسلامی، به طور نمونه در کتاب المرشد غافِقی، امکان استخراج اصول ثابت را برای محقق فراهم می سازد که مورد پذیرش و استفادۀ اکثر چشم پزشکان مسلمان بوده است. استخراج این اصول موضوع اصلی، و روش آموزشی غافِقی در این کتاب، هدف فرعی این تحقیق است. نتیجه این تحقیق موید این فرضیه است که غافِقی شناختی واضح و متمایز از انواع بیماری های چشمی داشته که طبقه بندی دقیق بیماری ها بر اساس بخش های ویژه چشمی مانند پلک، قرنیه و... اولین نشانۀ آن است. اصول پیش از جرّاحی غافِقی، تشخیص متمایز و صحیح بیماری ها بر اساس معیارهای شکل ظاهری، مکان، علّت بیماری و آشنایی با ابزار جرّاحی چشم، اصول در حین جرّاحی، رعایت نکات احتیاطی و اصول پس از جرّاحی شامل روش های جلوگیری از خونریزی و بخیه زدن است. مسیر آموزشی این کتاب نیز از طب نظری آغازشده و پس از بیماری شناسی، به طب عملی (تجربی) پرداخته است.

Research on the Principles of Eye Surgery Medicine Based on Ghafeqi’ Al-Murshid fi Teb al-Ain

Analytical and Comparative investigation of the Islamic ophthalmology books, such as AlMurshid by Ghafeqi provides the researcher with an opportunity to extract the fixed principles which have been accepted and used by the most Muslim ophthalmologists. The main purpose of this research is to extract these principles. It secondary objective is to examine the Ghafeqi rsquo;s educational methods in this book. The results support the assumption that Ghafeqi had a clear and distinct understanding of the eye diseases. The accurate classification of diseases based on the particular parts of the eye such as eyelids, cornea and so on is the first sign of it. Ghafeqi rsquo;s principles before surgery include distinct and accurate diagnosis of the diseases based on their appearance, location, and possible cause as well as familiarity with the surgical instruments. Ghafeqi rsquo;s principles during surgery involve observing the precautions. Principles after the surgery comprise stopping the bleeding and suturing. The book starts with the theoretical medicine. After the pathology, it discusses the practical (experimental) medicine.
