تبیین سبک‌های خراج‌نگاری در تمدن اسلامی تا سال650 هجری

مالیه‌نگاری در فرهنگ و تمدن‌ اسلامی از سده اول مورد توجه مسلمانان واقع‌گردید. از‌ شاخه‌های فرعی تاریخ‌نگاری‌ مالی، خراج‌نگاری بود. با آغاز فتوح اسلامی یکی‌ از مباحث مطرح‌ در‌ارتباط با فتح سرزمین‌های جدید، پرداخت خراج به‌ عنوان یکی‌ از مهمترین منابع درآمد دولت اسلامی بود. درنتیجه ماموران مالی دستگاه خلافت به تنظیم‌گزارش‌های مالی و جمع‌آوری و جبایت خراج پرداختند. بدین‌سان خراج‌نگاری در تمدن اسلامی از سده اول شروع شد. با‌ مطالعات انجام شده می‌توان سبک‌های متنوعی در دسته‌بندی‌کتب تاریخ خراج جستجو‌کرد، زیرا سِمَت نویسندگان، انگیزه‌ها و عوامل نگارش، روش‌نگارش، محتوا، نوع نگاه نویسندگان به مسائل اقتصادی و مالی متفاوت می‌باشد. در‌این پژوهش با روش توصیفیتحلیلی و با استفاده از‌ منابع تاریخ‌نگاری و فهارس و از طریق مطالعه‌ کتابخانه‌ای به این پرسش‌ اصلی پاسخ داده شده است: سبک‌های اصلی‌آثار‌ تالیفی مسلمانان در‌ باب خراج تا سال‌650 هجری چه بوده است؟ فرضیه مقاله چنین است که اصلی‌ترین سبک‌های تالیفی در باب خراج؛ فقهیسیاسی، فقهیحدیثی و محلیجغرافیایی بوده است.

Explanation of the Tribute Writing Styles in Islamic Civilization up to the Year650 (AH)

Taxation in Islamic culture and civilization has been considered by the Muslims since the first century. One of the subbranches of financial historiography was tribute writing. With the beginning of the Islamic conquests, one of the issues related to the conquest of new lands was the payment of tribute as one of the most important sources of income for the Islamic State. As a result, the financial agents of the Caliphate apparatus prepared financial reports and collected and paid tribute. Thus, tribute writing in Islamic civilization began in the first century. Studies can be used to search for different styles in the classification of tribute history books. In fact, the position of the writers, the motivations and factors of writing, the style of writing, the content, and the writerschr('39') views on the economic and financial issues were different. By implementing a descriptiveanalytical research method and investigating historiographical sources, indexes, and library documents, the main question of the study has been answered: What were the main styles of the works written by the Muslims regarding the issue of tribute until the year 650 (AH)? It was hypothesized that the main writing styles about tribute have been jurisprudentialpolitical, jurisprudentialtraditional and localgeographical.
