شناسائی راهکارهای درآمد زایی در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز

مقدمه: تبدیل بیمارستان ها به یک مرکز بهره ور از جمله موارد مهم و اساسی در نظام بهداشت کشور است و توجه صرف مدیران را بر بهره ور نمودن بیمارستان ها می طلبد. از این رو هدف مطالعه حاضر ارائه راهکارهایی جهت افزایش درآمدهای بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز در راستای بهره ور نمودن بیمارستان ها می باشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر در بیمارستان به منظور شناسایی راهکارهای کاهش هزینه و افزایش درآمد در بیمارستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز انجام شد.روش کار:  پژوهش حاضر به صورت ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) در دو مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا وضعیت موجود در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز از نظر هزینه و درآمد در سال 1400 بررسی شد.  سپس با استفاده از پانل خبرگان راهکار هایی جهت افزایش درآمد و کاهش هزینه ها با توجه به نقاط ضعف و وضعیت موجود بیمارستان ها ارائه گردید. یافته ها: از نظر تفاضل هزینه-درآمد به ازای تخت بیمارستان شماره 4 در وضع مناسب تری قرار داشت. راهکارهایی برای کاهش هزینه و افزایش درآمد براساس نظر خبرگان شناسایی و به 5 گروه از جمله مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت منابع مالی و مدیریت انرژی و نگهداشت تجهیزات و واگذاری و برون سپاری و کنترل تقسیم شد.نتیجه گیری: طبق بررسی های به عمل آمده و راهکارهای ارائه شده، مدیران بیمارستان ها با توجه به ابعاد و زوایای مختلف کیفیت خدمات بهداشت و درمان و با توجه به برنامه و اهداف هر بیمارستان می توانند از راهکارهای ارائه شده در این مطالعه جهت افزایش درآمد در بیمارستان استفاده نمایند.

identifying ways to generate income in alborz university of medical sciences hospitals

introduction: the transformation of hospitals into a productive center is one of the most important and fundamental issues in the country’s health system, and it requires the attention of managers to make hospitals more productive. therefore, the aim of the present study is to provide solutions to increase the revenues of alborz university of medical sciences hospitals in order to make the hospitals more efficient. therefore, the present study was conducted in the hospital in order to identify ways to reduce costs and increase income in hospitals covered by alborz university of medical sciences.methodology: the present research was conducted in a combined (quantitative and qualitative) manner in two stages. first, the current situation in the hospitals of alborz university of medical sciences was examined in terms of cost and income in 1400. then, using the panel of experts, solutions were presented to increase income and reduce costs according to the weaknesses and the existing condition of the hospitals.findings: in terms of cost-income difference per bed, hospital no. 4 was in a better position. solutions to reduce costs and increase income were identified based on experts’ opinions and divided into 5 groups, including human resource management, financial resource management, energy management, equipment maintenance, outsourcing, and control.conclusion: according to the investigations carried out and the proposed solutions, hospital managers can use the solutions presented in this study to increase the income in the hospital, according to the different dimensions and angles of the quality of healthcare services and according to the plan and goals of each hospital.
