چگونه رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی روی برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی زوجین تاثیر می‌گذارد؟

مقدمه: زندگی زناشویی می‌تواند تحت تاثیر فعالیت‌های جنسی انسان قرار گیرد که نتایج نشان می‌دهد برای وی اهمیت زیادی دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی با برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی در زوج‌ها می پردازد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد متاهل شهر بندرعباس در سال 1395 بودند که 600 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای به کار گرفته‌شده، پرسشنامه برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی (sesii)، پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی (iss) و پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده تجارب در روابط نزدیک (ecr-r) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه و نرم‌افزار spss-22 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین برانگیختگی و بازداری جنسی با رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی وجود دارد (0/05 >p). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی باهم 77/3% از واریانس برانگیختگی جنسی و 22/9% از واریانس بازداری جنسی را تبیین می‌کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان آموزش و مداخله در بهبود رضایت جنسی و سبک‌های دلبستگی را به‌عنوان یک روش موثر در افزایش برانگیختگی جنسی و کاهش بازداری جنسی پیشنهاد داد.

introducing: your marriage can be influenced by human sexual activity, which is vital. aim: hence, the aim of this study was to examine how sexual satisfaction and attachment styles influence sexual arousal and sexual inhibition in couples. methods: the research method was descriptive - correlational. the statistical population included all married individuals of bandar abbas in 2016 year that 600 individuals were selected using random cluster sampling method. sexual excitation and sexual inhibition inventory (sesii), inventory of sexual satisfaction (iss) and experience in close relationship (ecr-r) were used for gathering data. pearson correlation and multiple regression and spss-22 software were used for analyzing the data results: pearson test results showed that there was a significant relationship between sexual excitation and sexual inhibition with sexual satisfaction and attachment styles (p< 0/05). also regression analysis results showed that sexual satisfaction and attachment styles of anxiety and avoidance can explain together %77/3 of sexual excitation variance and %22/9 of sexual inhibition variance. conclusion: according to the findings this study, can suggested training and intervention on improving sexual satisfaction and attachment styles as an effective way on creasing sexual excitation and decreasing sexual inhibition.
