تشخیص سرطان پستان با استفاده ازالگوریتم استخراج ویژگی harris در پردازش تصاویر پزشکی

زمینه و هدف: شناسایی و مرزبندی توده‌ها و تشخیص تومورهای موجود در بافت پستان از چالش های جدی در تشخیص این سرطان است. در حال حاضر ماموگرافی، متداولترین راه تشخیص سرطان پستان می‌باشد که عدم شناسایی صحیح توده‌ها در آن میتواند منجر به تشخیص یا نمونه برداری نادرست از بافت پستان شود. آلگوریتم harris به عنوان فرآیند شناسایی ویژگی‌های مرتبط و حذف ویژگی‌های غیر مرتبط و تکراری  اقدام به استخراج ویژگی می‌کند. دراین تحقیق با استفاده از استخراج ویژگی در پردازش تصاویر پزشکی بر آن شدیم تا بتوانیم با دقت بهتری، نسبت به کارهای گذشته تشخیص را انجام دهیم.روش کار: با استفاده از آلگوریتم استخراج ویژگی harris   استخراج ویژگی های تصاویر ماموگرافی صورت گرفت. تصاویر ماموگرافی با استفاده از نرم افزار متلب matlab2019a تحلیل شدندو خروجی های ایده آل مد نظر حاصل شدند.یافته ها: تصاویر ماموگرافی پس از پیش پردازش و اعمال آلگوریتم هریس مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند که در خروجی حاصل از آلگوریتم پیشنهادی، دقت شناسایی و سرعت شناسایی آلگوریتم را در مقایسه با سایر روش های معمول بالاتر بود.نتیجه گیری: هدف از استخراج ویژگی harris این است که داده‌های خام به شکل قابل استفاده‌تری برای پردازش‌های آماری بعدی درآیند. انتظار می‌رود در آینده استخراج ویژگی با دقت بیشتری انجام شود و جزئیات بیشتری جهت بازشناسی اشیاء در تصویر، در اختیار سیستم‌های بینایی ماشین قرار بگیرد. 

diagnosis of breast cancer using the harris extraction algorithm in the processing of medical images

background and aim: identifying and demarcating the masses and diagnosing the disease in breast tissue is a serious challenge in diagnosing this cancer. mammography is currently the most common method to diagnose breast cancer, in which incorrectly identifying the masses can lead to misdiagnosis or sampling of breast tissue. in this study, using feature extraction in medical image processing, we tried to make a diagnosis with better accuracy than in the past.materials and methods: mammographic image features were extracted using the harris feature extraction algorithm. mammographic images were analyzed using matlab2019a software and ideal outputs were obtained.findings: mammographic images were pre-processed and harris algorithm was applied. in the output of the proposed algorithm, the accuracy and speed of detection of the algorithm were higher in comparison to other routine methods.conclusion: the purpose of extracting the harris property is to make the raw data more usable for future statistical processing. it is expected that in the future, feature extraction will be more accurate, and more details will be provided to the machine vision systems to identify objects in the image.
