ارزیابی وضعیت خدمات دندان‌پزشکی در ایران در سال 1397

زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی این گزارش، بررسی مروری وضعیت ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی در دنیا و ایران از نظر سیاست‌ها، دسترسی به خدمات و هزینه‌ها است.مواد و روش‌ها: در این گزارش با بهره گیری از اطلاعات موجود و مرتبط با وضعیت خدمات دندانپزشکی در ایران همچون گزارش‌ها و نتایج مربوط به مطالعات مهم کشوری از جمله هزینه درآمد خانوار، مطالعات بهره مندی از این خدمات و... به صورت جامع، سیستم ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی در ایران ارائه شده و به بررسی نقاط ضعف و قوت این سیستم پرداخته شده است.یافته ها: نتایج این گزارش نشان می‌دهد که سیاستگذاران بهداشت باید راه حل هایی برای کاهش نابرابری در استفاده از خدمات دندانپزشکی ارائه دهند. نقش بیمه های سلامت برای کاهش نابرابری بسیار مهم است و بیمه های درمانی باید پوشش خدمات دندانپزشکی را افزایش دهند. نیاز به اصلاح سیستم های بیمه برای تشویق رویکرد پیشگیرانه در ارائه خدمات بهداشت دهان و دندان دیده می‌شود. تنظیم مجدد خدمات بهداشت دهان و دندان به سمت پیشگیری، لازم است. نیاز به پژوهش های بیشتردر زمینه تدوین استانداردهای ارتقای کیفیت دندانپزشکی عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با نگاه به سطح استانداردهای جهانی و تطبیق مناسب با شرایط و سیاست های سلامت کشور و با حداکثر رسانی مشارکت و مقبولیت اجرایی آن، حس می‌شود.نتیجه گیری: با در نظر گرفتن در دسترس بودن روش های قوی مبتنی بر شواهد و اقدامات بهتر برای پوسیدگی دندان و پیشگیری از بیماری های پریودنتال انتظار می‌رود همه افراد، به ویژه گروه های هدف اولویت بندی شده در ایران، بیشترین سود را برای سال های آینده داشته باشند.

Assessment of the status of dental services in Iran (2018)

Background: The purpose of this report was to review the status of dental care provision in the world and Iran.Methods: Using the available data and information related to the status of dental services in Iran, such as the results of important national studies, including household income cost, utilization studies, etc., the system of dental services provision in Iran was evaluated and the weaknesses and strengths of this system were investigated in a comprehensive manner.Results: The role of medical insurance is very important in reducing inequality. The insurance system should be reformed to improve the coverage of dental services and encourage a preventive approach to oral health services. Further research is required to develop standards in order to promote the quality of dental practice in the Islamic Republic of Iran through using global standards and adapting these standards to the health conditions and policies of the country to maximize the participation of stakeholders and enhance the implementation acceptance. Considering the availability of evidencebased methods and better practices for dental caries and the prevention of periodontal diseases, it is expected that all individuals, especially the prioritized target groups in Iran, will benefit the most in the future.Conclusions: With continued efforts in this area and considering the principles of autonomy and the right to choose as well as the importance of achieve the general policies of the system in this field, the access of all people in the country to safe, effective, and logical dental care should be facilitated.
