نقش و اهمیت ارزشیابی داروخانه‌های شهرستان فردیس در سال‌های 96 و 97

مقدمه: ارزشیابی داروخانه‌ها به منظور مطابقت فعالیت داروخانه‌ها براساس استانداردهای تعریف شده توسط معاونت غذا و داروی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، ارتقای کیفیت ارائه خدمات دارویی در داروخانه‌ها، ایجاد رقابت با تشویق و ایجاد انگیزه بیشتر در ارتقای خدمات بهینه، کسب رضایتمندی شهروندان، کاهش شکایت مراجعین از داروخانه‌ها، تبیین نقش و اهمیت رعایت قوانین، دستورالعمل‌ها و نظارت‌های کارشناسان صورت می گیرد.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی جامعه آماری شامل کل داروخانه‌های شهرستان فردیس استان البرز در دو سال متوالی 96-97 مورد ارزشیابی قرار گرفتند و از روش مشاهده و امتیازبندی برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها چک‌لیست دستورالعمل ارزشیابی داروخانه‌های کشور بوده است.یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه، بالاترین امتیاز کسب شده استانداردهای ارزشیابی داروخانه،1500 و کمترین امتیاز کسب شده 620 بود. در مطالعات آماری صورت گرفته، مشخص شد در نیم سال نخست سال 97 نسبت به سال گذشته، میزان تخلفات داروخانه‌ها کاهش یافته به طوری که کاهش 12% در نگهداری داروی تاریخ گذشته، 15% در عدم حضور مسئول فنی و 40% در عرضه داروی قاچاق مشاهده می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه، ارزشیابی مستمر داروخانه‌ها، ضمن رتبه‌بندی داروخانه‌ها در ارائه خدمات دارویی، به ارتقای هرچه بیشتر کیفیت فعالیت‌های مراقبت دارویی کمک می‌کند.

The method of observation and scoring was used for data collection. The data collection tool was a checklist for assessing pharmacies in the country.Results: Based on the findings of this study, the highest score obtained by the pharmacy appraisal standards was 1500 and the lowest score was 620.
