فهم اعتیاد جنسی در پیوند با خودپندارۀ معتادان جنسی

زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد جنسی کنش‌ها، تخیلات و گرایشات جنسی را شامل می‌شود که کنترل آن برای فرد معتاد جنسی بسیار دشوار است و این مسئله منجر به بروز مسائل جدی در زندگی روزمره فردی و اجتماعی آنها می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر فهم خود پنداره شخصی معتادان جنسی و شناخت مقولاتی است که در شکل‌گیری و تشدید پدیده اعتیاد جنسی نقش داشته است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، کیفی است و در فرایند پژوهش از نظریه زمینه‌ای استفاده شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مشاهده مشارکتی و تکنیک مصاحبه عمیق گردآوری شد. بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و نمونه گیری نظری و با معیار اشباع نظری، 40 نفر معتاد جنسی در سال 1396و 1397 از شهر تهران در تحقیق مشارکت داشتند. یافته ها: براساس یافته‌های حاصل از این تحقیق، چهار مقوله شامل »تقدیرگرایی و تسلیم‌پذیری، انزوای تحمیلی، انگارۀ خودکم‌پنداری و اعتماد ناپایدار « برساخته شد. بر این اساس مشخص شدکه کنش جنسی اعتیاد گونه معتادان جنسی به شدت متاثر از تجربیات و تعاملات خانوادگی محیطی آنهاست که این کنش در ادامه زندگی معتادان جنسی با عدم کارکرد درست نهادهای دیگر اجتماعی همچون نهاد آموزشی و حقوقی تشدید شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر این اساس چهار مقوله حاصل از داده‌های تحقیق در حول مقوله هسته خودپندارۀ منفی مقوم اعتیاد جنسی تنیده شدند.

Understanding Sexual Addiction in Connection with the Perception of Sexual Addicts

Background and Purpose: Sexual addiction includes actions, imaginations, and sexual attitudes It's very difficult to control it for a sex addict, and this leads to serious issues in their individual and social life. The present study, entitled Understanding Sexual Addiction in Connection with the SelfConcept of Sexual Addicts, seeks to examine the categories that have been formed in the experience of sex addicts.Materials and Methods: The method used in this research is qualitative and has been used in the research process from Grounded Theory. Data were collected using participatory observation method and deep interview technique. Finding: According to the purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling and theoretical saturation criterion, 40 sex addicts participated in the research. According to the findings of this research, four categories including fidelity and consolation, imposed isolation, selfreflection, and unstable trust were developed. The results of the study showed that the sexual activity of addicted sex addicts is strongly influenced by their experiences and familyenvironmental interactions that this sexual activity has been exacerbated by the continuing illiteracy of the sex addicts due to the poor functioning of other social institutions such as educational and legal institutions.Discussion: Accordingly, four categories of research data were tied around the core of the negative selfconcept reinforcement sex addiction core.
