   تاثیر آموزش ارگونومی درکاهش شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی دندانپزشکان شهرستان کرج

چکیده    زمینه وهدف: اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی ناشی از کار یکی از شایعترین بیماری های شغلی است.این عارضه در بین دندانپزشکان درسطح جهان از شیوع بالایی برخورداراست. هدف ازاین مطالعه بررسی تاثیر آموزش دراصلاح پوسچر وکاهش این اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی ناشی ازکار بوده است .مواد و روش‌ها: دراین مطالعه توصیفی -تحلیلی 60 نفر از دندانپزشکان شهرستان کرج در سه گروه آموزش چهره به چهره،گروه پمفلت وگروه شاهد مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند.شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه نوردیک و ریسک فاکتورهای شغلی با استفاده از تکنیک ارزیابی سریع بدن( (reba مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با استفاده ازآزمون تی زوج و anova ارزیابی شدند. یافته ها: 60% افرادی که دراین تحقیق شرکت کرده اند در طی12ماه گذشته در گردن خود احساس ناراحتی داشته اند.گردن درد بر روی فعالیت 41.7% دندانپزشکان اثر منفی داشته است.40% شرکت کنند گان در این پژوهش از مشکلات و اختلالات مربوط به شانه و 75% نیز از کمر درد رنج می‌بردند .70.4% علت اصلی آن را شغل خود می دانند. 50% دندانپزشکان از مچ درد رنج برده که به طبع این درد درمچ راست دارای شیوع بیشتری بوده است. در تحلیل واریانس بین سه گروه، اختلاف معنی داری وجود نداشت( 0.321=p ). همچنین سن و سابقه کاری سه گروه آموزشی با هم اختلاف معنی داری نداشت(0.21 =p ). آموزش حضوری(چهره به چهره) و آموزش به روش پمفلت در دو گروه آموزش چهره به چهره و گروه آموزش با پمفلت ( 0.014 =pvalue) اثر گذار بوده و توانسته در نوع پوسچر دندانپزشکان اثر مثبت داشته باشد.

This disorder have a high incidenceamong dentists in the world . The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of education in correction posture and reduce workrelated musculoskeletal disorders.Methods: 60 dentists from Karaj city were examined In this Cross sectional study in three groups(control ،traning with pamphlet، training face to face ). Musculoskeletal disorders investigated with Nordic Questioner and REBA method. Data evaluated with paired t test and ANOVA .Results: 60% of those who participated in this study have discomfort in your neck in the last 12 months. Neck pains have had a negative effect on 7/41% of dentist's activities. 40% of participants in the study suffered from shoulder disorders and 75% of participants suffered from back pain.70.4% of participate says the main cause of these disorders are their job. 50% of dentists suffering from wrist pain and the pain have been more common in the right wrist naturally.Conclusion: There was no significant difference between groups in the analysis of variance, As well Age and work experience of the three groups showed no significant difference. Training (face to face) and Education Pamphlet groups have been influential in face to face training and education with pamphlet and able to have a positive effect on the posture of Dentists a little.
