بیماری شانکر باکتریایی پوستی درخت گردو

بیماری شانکر باکتریایی یکی از مخرب‌ترین بیماری‌های گردو است که باعث کاهش کمیت و کیفیت محصول، خشکیدگی شاخه‌ها و زوال درختان گردو می‌شود. این بیماری به دو شکل عمقی و سطحی به ترتیب توسط دو باکتری brenneria nigrifluens و b. rubrifaciens ایجاد می‌شود. مهم‌ترین راه ورود بیمارگرها در تنه و شاخه‌ها، زخم‌های ناشی از فعالیت‌های انسانی یا وسایل برداشت مکانیکی می‌باشد. این بیماری با افزایش درجه حرارت، رطوبت بالای ناشی از آبیاری کرتی یا غرقابی و تغذیه ناکافی شدت می‌یابد. در مقاله حاضر تاریخچه، اهمیت، نشانه‌ها، زیست‌شناسی و دامنه میزبانی باکتری ها، نحوه نمونه‌برداری، جداسازی و خصوصیات افتراقی باکتری ها و روش‌های مدیریت بیماری بیان ‌شده است.
