چکیده
|
گردشگری سلامت ابعاد متعددی دارد و برای توسعه همه جانبه و پایدار باید این موضوع از منظرهای مختلف بررسی شود. بر اساس پژوهش‌های انجام شده، یکی از عوامل کندی روند توسعه گردشگری سلامت در کشور، موضوع زیرساخت هاست. پژوهش حاضر با اتخاذ رویکرد کیفی مبتنی بر روش تحلیل مضمون به این پرسش‌ها پاسخ می‌دهد که زیرساخت های گردشگری سلامت در کشور چند دسته هستند؟ نهادهای مسئول برای توسعه زیرساخت های گردشگری سلامت در کشور کدام هستند؟ چارچوب توسعه زیرساخت های گردشگری سلامت در کشور باید چگونه باشد؟ در نتیجه، یافته های حاصل از مطالعه عمیق گزارش ها، پژوهش ها و مصاحبه‌ها بیانگر آن است که توسعه گردشگری سلامت در گرو توجه به هفت دسته از زیرساخت ها از جمله اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیستمی، نظارتی، حمل و نقل، فیزیکی و اشتراکی است و ضمن تعیین نهادهای مسئول، چارچوب توسعه زیرساخت ها با تاکید بر دو مفهوم نوسازی و نوگرایی پیشنهاد شده است.

Abstract
|
Health tourism has many dimensions and for comprehensive and sustainable development, this issue should be considered from different perspectives. According to research, one of the factors slowing down the development of health tourism in the country is the issue of infrastructure. The present study answers the questions that how many categories are health tourism infrastructures in the country divided into? What are the institutions responsible for developing health tourism infrastructure in the country? What should be the pattern of development of health tourism infrastructure in the country? Findings including tourism, medicine, and health, transportation, banking and insurance, foreign affairs, and academia, reflect that. The development of health tourism depends on paying attention to seven categories of infrastructure, including economic, social, systemic, regulatory, transportation, physical and communal, and while determining the responsible organizations and institutions, the model of infrastructure development with emphasis on two concepts (Renovation and Modernity) are suggested.
