ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر رضایت گردشگران از مقاصد گردشگری (موردپژوهی: پارک آب‌ وآتش تهران)

در وضعیت کنونی که گرانی هزینه‌های سفر در کنار دغدغه‌های ناشی از شهرنشینی امکان حضور در پهنه‌های خوش آب و هوای خارج از شهر را به تمامی شهروندان تهرانی نمی‌دهد به نظر می‌رسد یکی از مطلوب‌ترین راه‌ها جهت دفع خستگی‌ها و روزمرگی‌ها پناه بردن به پارک‌های شهری چون پارک آب و آتش است. فشردگی کاری، وضعیت نابسامان اقتصادی و کمبود وقت در شهر تهران باعث شده پارک‌های شهری نقش پررنگی در پر کردن اوقات فراغت شهروندان داشته باشند. لزوم توجه به پارک‌های شهری و رضایت شهروندان آز آن‌ها پیکره اصلی این تحقیق را شکل میدهند. نتایج مطالعات میدانی پس از ورود به محیط نرم افزار spss و lisrel تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی حاکی از تایید روایی کلیه متغیرهای پژوهش بوده و کلیه شاخص‌های تحقیق بر رضایتمندی گردشگران بوستان آب‌وآتش تاثیرگذار ارزیابی شدند؛ همچنین نتایج آزمون t تک نمونه نشان داد که گردشگران از قیمت غذاها و نوشیدنی‌ها، هزینه اجاره لوازم تنیس، هزینه ورودی سینماگیم، هزینه ورودی رصدخانه و مدیران بوستان جهت افزایش رضایت بازدیدکنندگان ملزم به نظارت بیشتر در این مورد هستند.

Assessing the factors affecting tourist’s satisfaction with tourism destinations (case: Ab’o Atash park)

In the current situation where the high cost of travel along with the concerns caused by urbanization does not allow all citizens of Tehran to attend the pleasant climate outside the city, it seems that one of the most desirable ways to ward off fatigue and everyday life is to take refuge in urban parks such as Ab’o Atash park. Congestion, Bad economic situation and lack of time in Tehran have made urban parks have a major role in filling citizens leisure time.The need to pay attention to urban parks and the satisfaction of citizens from them are the main framework of this research. In the present study, first, by studying the theoretical background of the research, the researchers extracted the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists, which have the highest frequency and can be measured in the park under study, and designed the research questionnaire.
