تحلیل پراکنش فضایی خدمات زیرساختی عمومی و رفاهی گردشگری در ایران

سیاست‌گذاری دولت در حوزه توسعه زیرساخت‌ها و خدمات گردشگری، منجر به اثرگذاری آن بر نظام برنامه‌ریزی فضایی-کالبدی شده و تصمیمات آن منجر به توزیع و شکل‌گیری نظام فضای-کالبدی در زنجیره صنعت گردشگری می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف سطح بندی استان های کشور از نظر برخورداری از تاسیسات و زیرساخت‌های اصلی گردشگری کشور و توزیع بهینه آنها در نظام فضایی-کالبدی صنعت گردشگری انجام پذیرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات اکتشافی بوده که برای برای سطح بندی استان های کشور از مدل fanp و vikor استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، استان های کشور در 5 گروه بسیار برخوردار تا بسیار کم برخوردار از نظر تعداد و تنوع تاسیسات و زیرساخت های شبکه ارتباطی، سطح‌بندی شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد دولت به عنوان سیاست‌گذار اصلی توسعه گردشگری در مقوله برنامه‌ریزی فضایی-کالبدی و رویکرد آمایشی صنعت گردشگری در استان‌های کشور، موفق عمل نکرده است و نوعی توسعه نامتوازن آن را موجب شده است به طوری که تمرکز تاسیسات گردشگری در برخی استان‌ها و کمبود آنها در برخی استان‌های دیگر کاملاً مشهود است، لذا نیاز به خدمات مختلف حوزه گردشگری، توزیع انواع تاسیسات و زیرساخت‌ها در استان‌ها برای تحت پوشش قرار دادن همه نوع نیاز گردشگران بسیار مهم و حیاتی می‌باشد.

Analysis of spatial distribution of tourism public infrastructure services and facilities in Iran

This study was conducted with the aim of leveling the provinces of the country in terms of having the main tourism facilities and infrastructure and their optimal distribution in terms of number and variety of services and facilities to provide services to tourists and study the spatialphysical system of tourism industry. This research is an exploratory study that has been used to level the provinces of the country using the FANP and VIKOR models. Based on the research findings, the provinces of the country were classified into 5 groups with very high to very low in terms of number and variety of communication network facilities and infrastructure. The results show that the government as the main policymaker of tourism development in the field of spatialphysical planning and planning approach to the tourism industry in the provinces, has not been successful and has caused an unbalanced development so that the concentration of tourism facilities in some provinces and shortage They are quite evident in some other provinces, so the need for various services in the field of tourism, distribution of various facilities and infrastructure in the provinces to cover all types of needs of tourists is very important and vital.
