ارائه الگوی زنجیره تامین سبز جهت توسعه پایدار زیست محیطی با رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌بنیاد و دیمتل

برای ایجاد توسعه پایدار و مناسب صنعت گردشگری، وجود یک مدیریت توانا، منسجم و هماهنگی بین بخش دولتی و بخش خصوصی بسیار حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر این است که با استفاده از روش کیفی داده‌بنیاد به شناسایی و تدوین الگوی زنجیره تامین سبز در صنعت گردشگری استان فارس بپردازد و میزان اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری‌ها را با روش دیمتل بررسی نماید. روش: روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مطالعه اسناد و مصاحبه با 20 نفر از خبرگان آگاه از موضوع مورد بحث، با بکارگیری روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری، انتخابی استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: نتایج پژوهش حاضر، نشان‌دهنده استخراج 21 معیار اصلی و 90 زیرمعیار فرعی است که در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علّی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌گر، پدیده محوری، پیامدها قرار گرفت.. سپس با استفاده از روش دیمتل پس از محاسبه وزن جهت رتبه‌بندی نهایی، رابطه معیارهای انتخابی نشان می‌دهد که معیارهای طراحی فرآیندهای سبز، مشتریان و سایر نهادهای بیرونی، نوآوری سبز، رویکردهای مدیریت محیط زیستی، قابلیت‌های تامین‌کنندگان سبز، مدیریت منابع انسانی، بهبود عملکرد محیط زیستی، مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی (دارای مقدارهای بزرگتر از حد آستانه)، دارای درجه اهمیت (وزن) بالاتری می‌باشند.

Provide a green supply chain model for sustainable environmental development With a Grounded Theory and Dematel approach

To create a sustainable and appropriate development of the tourism industry, the existence of a capable, cohesive management and coordination between the public and private sectors is very important. Objective: The aim of the present study is to identify and compile a green supply chain model in the tourism industry of Fars province using the qualitative data method of the foundation and to examine the impact and effectiveness of Dematel method. Method: Data collection method, study of documents and interview with 30 experts who are aware of the subject in question, using snowball sampling method. For data analysis, three stages of open, central, and selective coding have been used. Results: The results of the present study indicate the extraction of 21 main criteria and 90 subcriteria that were included in the paradigm model model including causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, pivotal phenomenon, consequences. Weight for Final Ranking The relationship between the selection criteria shows that the criteria for designing green processes, customers and other external institutions, green innovation, environmental management approaches, environmental management and performance capabilities, green suppliers, human resource management Energy (with values greater than the threshold) has a higher degree of importance (weight).
