سیاست های ایالات متحده آمریکا در بحران های سیاسی ایران معاصر(با تاکید بر جریان ملی شدن صنعت نفت)

اهمیت انرژی منطقه خلیج فارس و همچنین اهمیت استراتژیک و ژئوپولوتیک ایران برای رقابت با شوروی سابق اصلی ترین رقیب آمریکا در دنیای پس از جنگ باعث شد که ایران در کانون توجه آمریکا قرار بگیرد و از طرف دیگر شوروی نیز برای تضعیف آمریکا در پی وضع موجود بود. از سویی اقتصاد شکننده اروپای غربی علیرغم کمک های آمریکا تحت کوشش طرح مارشال پس از جنگ جهانی دوم و گسترش نفوذ شوروی به درون کشورهای بلوک غرب سبب شد که آمریکا تمام تلاش خود را به کارگیرد تا اقتصاد این کشورها رابهبود بخشد و بدین وسیله مانع ازنفوذ اندیشه های کمونیستی به این کشورها شود. یکی از ابزارهای لازم برای این منظور نفت ارزان و مرغوب بود. ایالات متحده آمریکا در طول تاریخ خود استراتژیهای متفاوت را با توجه به جایگاه جهانیاش اختیار کرده است. این تغییر استراتژی کاملاً طبیعی بوده است. از انزواگرایی تا جهان گرایی (بین الملل گرایی) ؛ اما آنچه همیشه ثابت بوده، ماهیت استراتژیها که جملگی هدفشان در راستای ایجاد توانمندی اقتصادی، امنیت فیزیکی و اشاعه ارزشی بوده است.سیاست ایالات متّحده را در قبال نهضت ملّی، بطور کلّی‌ به‌ سه‌ دوره تقسیم‌ کرده‌اند:اوّل،پشتیبانی از جنبش ملّی شدن صنعت نفت؛ دوّم،میانجیگری دوستانه در حل اختلافات با انگلستان؛و سوّم،مخالفت‌ با مصّدق و براندازی‌ حکومت ملی. مهمترین اهدافی که امریکا در جریان ملی شدن صنعت نفت به دنبال آن بود عبارت بودند از: 1-جلوگیری از بی ثباتی بازار نفت و تضمین جریان صدور نفت به بازارهای جهانی 2-جلوگیری از خارج شدن ایران از مدار اقمار غرب و افتادن به دام کمونیسم و شوروی 3-شکستن انحصار نفتی انگلستان و سهیم شدن در نفت ایران  سوال مورد نظر در این تحقیق این است که  ایالات متحده آمریکا چه نقشی در بحران های سیاسی ایران معاصر و بالاخص جریان ملی شدن صنعت نفت  دارد؟  ایالات متحده آمریکا با نقشی که در کودتای 28 مرداد و  ملی شدن صنعت نفت و سلطه بر شئون مختلف کشور داشت نقشی مهم را در بحران سازی در ایران معاصر دارد.

the importance of the persian gulf energy, as well as iran’s strategic and geopolitical importance in competing with the former soviet :union:, america’s main rival in the post-war world, made iran the focus of us attention, and the soviet :union: sought to weaken the united states. . on the other hand, the fragile economy of western europe, despite us aid under the marshall plan after world war ii and the expansion of soviet influence into the western bloc, led the united states to make every effort to improve their economies and thus prevent the infiltration of ideas. communists to these countries. one of the necessary tools for this purpose was cheap and high quality oil. throughout its history, the united states has adopted different strategies depending on its global position. this change in strategy has been quite natural. from isolationism to globalism (internationalism); but what has always been constant is the nature of the strategies, all of which have been aimed at building economic empowerment, physical security, and value dissemination.the united states’s policy toward the national movement has been broadly divided into three periods: first, support for the nationalization of the oil industry; second, friendly mediation in resolving disputes with britain; and third, opposition to mossadegh and the overthrow of the national government. the most important goals that the united states pursued during the nationalization of the oil industry were: 1- preventing the instability of the oil market and ensuring the flow of oil exports to world markets 2- preventing iran from getting out of the orbit of the western satellites and falling into the trap of communism and the soviet :union: 3. breaking the british oil monopoly and participating in iranian oil the question in this study is what role does the united states play in the political crises of contemporary iran, and especially the nationalization of the oil industry? the united states of america has played an important role in creating a crisis in contemporary iran with its role in the coup d’état of 28 august and the nationalization of the oil industry and its domination of various aspects of the country.
