سنجش و تحلیل میزان تاثیر سرمایۀ اجتماعی بر مشارکت سیاسی مردم(مطالعه موردی: شهر ایلام)

مفهوم و نظریه سرمایۀ اجتماعی از دهه 1990 میلادی به این سو توجه اندیشمندان و محققان رشته‌های مختلف علوم اجتماعی (اقتصاد، جامعه شناسی، علوم سیاسی و ...) را به خود جلب کرده است. سرمایه اجتماعی در مقوله مشارکت بسیار مورد توجه دانشمندان و نخبگان سیاسی است. سعی می شود که تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی از لحاظ واقعیت‌های مسلط بر جامعه مورد آزمون تجربی قرار گیرد و با این پیش فرض که سرمایه اجتماعی نقش اساسی در مشارکت سیاسی دارد، هدف اصلی این مقاله پاسخ به چرایی این مسئله و تبیین آن است. روش تحقیق: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، بر اساس موردی و از سنخ توصیفی همبستگی بوده و مبتنی بر پیمایش است. حجم نمونه 390 نفر شهروندان ایلامی که به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شده‌اند. متغیر مستقل در این تحقیق، سرمایۀ اجتماعی است که با سه شاخص اعتماد اجتماعی، شبکه‌ها و روابط اجتماعی و همبستگی اجتماعی مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. متغیر وابسته در این تحقیق مشارکت سیاسی است که با دو شاخص مشارکت رسمی و غیر رسمی در مسائل سیاسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی آن توسط متخصصان و اساتید مربوطه تایید و پایایی آن با توجه به آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (85.) مطلوب به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (روش های آماری از قبیل تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل میانگین و آزمون رگرسیون چند متغیره) و نرم افزارspss استفاده شد.یافته‌های تحقیق: نشان می دهد که میان اعتماد اجتماعی و مشارکت سیاسی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. از طرفی بین شبکه‌های روابط اجتماعی میان مردم، اعتماد اجتماعی و انسجام و همبستگی اجتماعی و مشارکت سیاسی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. براساس یافته‌های تحقیق به هر میزان که از سطح خانواده به سطح خویشاوندان، همکاران، هم محلی ها، همشهریان و هموطنان حرکت کنیم از میزان سرمایه و اعتماد اجتماعی کاسته می شود.

.AbstractThe concept and theory of social capital has been met with considerable interest by scholars and scholars in the various social sciences (economics, sociology, political science, etc.) since the 1990s. Social capital is a matter of great interest to scientists and political elites. It is attempted to empirically test the theory of social capital in terms of the dominant realities of society, and in particular with the assumption that social capital plays a central role in political participation, the main purpose of this article is to answer and explain why. Research Method: The research method in this study is based on case study of descriptivecorrelation type and is based on survey. Sample size 390 citizens of Ilam who were selected by cluster sampling. The independent variable in this study is social capital, which was measured by three indicators of social trust, social networks and relationships, and social solidarity. The dependent variable in this research is political participation, which has been studied with two indicators of formal and informal participation in political issues. A researchermade questionnaire was used for data collection and its validity was confirmed by the experts and its reliability with the Cronbach's alpha test (85). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Statistical methods such as Pearson correlation analysis, mean analysis and multivariate regression test were used by SPSS software.Research Findings: There is a significant relationship between social trust and political participation. On the other hand, there is a significant relationship between social relations networks, social trust and social cohesion and political participation. According to research findings, the amount of capital and social trust is reduced as we move from the family level to the level of relatives, coworkers, community members, peers and compatriots
