واکاوی شکل‌گیری داعش از منظر تروریسم پسامدرن

تروریسم را از جهات متعددی تقسیم بندی کرده اند. یکی از مهم ترین تقسیم بندی های مفهومی تروریسم تقسیم آن به سه نوع سنتی، مدرن و پسامدرن است که در عین دارا بودن خصوصیات عام و مشترک، ویژگی های خاص خود را نیز دارا هستند. تروریسم سنتی ابتدایی ترین نوع تروریسم است که به مرزهای یک سرزمین و منطقه محدود می شد. تروریسم مدرن پای عنصر ملت و دولت ها را به میان می کشاند و تروریسم پسامدرن پاسخی به انحطاط اخلاقی و تسلط هژمونی فرهنگی و سیاسی غرب بر اغلب جهان است که البته به شدت متکی بر رسانه های جمعی و شبکه های اجتماعی است. در همین راستا، داعش به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین گروه های تروریستی در منطقه خاورمیانه است که داعیه برپایی خلافت اسلامی را نیز در سر می پروراند و از جهات متعددی خصوصیات تروریسم پسامدرن را متبادر می سازد. هدف پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی ابعاد تروریسم داعش در چارچوب تروریسم پسامدرن است. از مهم ترین یافته های پژوهش حاضر این است که تروریسم پسامدرن داعش پاسخی به زوال و انحطاط اخلاقی و مذهبی در جهان و منطقه خاورمیانه است که نمودهای عینی آن در فعالیت های این گروه تروریستی دیده می شوند. ویژگی های خاص این گروه تروریستی از جمله تکیه بر رسانه های جمعی، توانایی نظامی گسترده و تلاش برای ایجاد یک دولت اسلامی، ایجاد هراس جهانی و منطقه ای باعث شده تا در مقایسه با تروریسم سنتی و مدرن تفاوت های قابل توجهی داشته باشد.

A look at the formation of ISIS from the perspective of post-modern terrorism

Terrorism has been divided in several directions. One of the most important conceptual divisions of terrorism is its division into three types of traditional, modern and postmodern which, while possessing common characteristics, share their own characteristics. Traditional terrorism is the most elementary type of terrorism that is limited to the borders of a land and region; modern terrorism brings about the element of nation and state; and postmodern terrorism responds to the moral degradation and domination of Western cultural and political hegemony, which of course is heavily reliant on mass media and social networks. In this regard, ISIS is one of the most important terrorist groups in the Middle East, which has also claim to establish Islamic caliphate, and in many respects, it has paved the way for postmodern terrorism. The purpose of this study is to examine the dimensions of ISIS terrorism within the framework of postmodern terrorism. One of the most important findings of this study is that postmodern terrorism of ISIS is an answer to the deterioration of religious and moral degeneration in the world and the Middle East, whose objective manifestations are seen in the activities of this terrorist group. The specific features of this terrorist group, including relying on mass media, massive military capabilities, and the attempt to create an Islamic state, have created global and regional fears that have made significant differences in comparison with traditional and modern terrorism.
