تدوین الگوی آموزشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری در دانش و مهارت مورد نیاز در پژوهش‌های کمی کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی و تحلیل مضمون

تغییرات سریع علم و فناوری انتظارات از نیروی کار و حسابداران را افزایش داده است؛ بنابراین در پاسخ به انتظارات جدید کسب ‌وکارها و جامعه از دانشگاه، تجدید نظر در برنامه آموزش حسابداری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. با توجه به اهمیت دانش و مهارت پژوهش‌های کمی و کیفی؛ پژوهش حاضر به تدوین الگوی آموزشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری در دانش و مهارت مورد نیاز در پژوهش‌های کمی-کیفی می‌پردازد. در این پژوهش به منظور بهره‌گیری از تجارب افراد درگیر در این حوزه موضوعی، از روش پژوهش کیفی و رویکرد پدیدارشناسی استفاده ‌شده است. ابعاد و مولفه‌های دانش و مهارت مورد نیاز در پژوهش‌های کیفی و کمی از طریق روش تحلیل مضمون آتراید – استیرلینگ شناسایی شده‌اند و تحلیل‌های پژوهش نیز با استفاده از تکنیک 7 مرحله‌ای کولایزی انجام‌شده است. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل 25 نفر از خبرگان است که از طریق تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش،371 گزاره (شاخص) در قالب 30 مضمون پایه و 8 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر استخراج‌شده است که اجزای الگوی پیشنهادی آموزشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری در دانش و مهارت مورد نیاز در پژوهش‌های کمی کیفی را تشکیل داده‌اند.

developing pattern of educational for graduate students of accounting in the knowledge and skills required in qualitative and quantitative research with the phenomenological approach and attride-stirling theme analysis

rapid changes in science and technology have increased the expectations of the workforce and accountants; therefore, in response to the new expectations of businesses and society from the university, it seems necessary to revise the accounting education program. considering the importance of knowledge and skills of quantitative and qualitative research; the present study deals with the formulation of the educational model of accounting graduate students in the knowledge and skills required in quantitative-qualitative research. in this research, in order to take advantage of the experiences of people involved in this subject area, qualitative research method and phenomenological approach have been used. the dimensions and components of knowledge and skills required in qualitative and quantitative researches have been identified through atride-stirling theme analysis method and the research analysis has been done using the 7-step collage technique. the research sample includes 25 experts who were selected through the snowball technique. according to the findings of the research, 371 propositions (indicators) have been extracted in the form of 30 basic themes, 8 organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes, which form the components of the proposed educational model for accounting postgraduate students in the knowledge and skills required in quantitative and qualitative research.
