پیش بینی سلامت مالی با رویکرد هوش مصنوعی قانون گرا با تاکید بر نقش معیارهای نظام راهبری

سلامت مالی به مفهوم توان سودآوری و تداوم فعالیت واحد اقتصادی می‌باشد که برای کلیه سهامداران و ذینفعان از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است و اساساً همه‌ی ذینفعان در واحدهای اقتصادی به داشتن ابزارهای مناسبی که بتوانند سودآوری و تداوم فعالیت واحدها را ارزیابی و پیش‌بینی کنند علاقه‌مندند.هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر سلامت مالی و پیش‌بینی درجه سلامت مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد. بدین منظور از اطلاعات 138 شرکت (1104 شرکت –سال) طی سال‌های 1390 الی 1397  و نرم افزار متلب جهت آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش استفاده شد. آزمون متغیر گزینی که با استفاده از الگوریتم هوش مصنوعی تجزیه ‌و تحلیل مولفه‌های همسایه انجام شد نشان داده است که از بین معیارهای نظام راهبری نسبت مدیران غیرموظف، نسبت مالکان نهادی، اندازه کمیته حسابرسی و استقلال کمیته حسابرسی و تغییر مدیرعامل جهت تبیین سلامت مالی شرکت‌ها بالاترین تاثیر را دارد و همچنین جهت پیش‌بینی درجه سلامت مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران از روش الگوریتم قانون‌گرا درخت تصمیم استفاده شد که نتایج پیش‌بینی حاکی از قدرت بالای الگوریتم هوش مصنوعی قانون‌گرای درخت تصمیم (باقدرت بیش از 80 درصد) جهت پیش‌بینی سلامت مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد.

predicting financial health with a legalistic ai approach emphasizing the role of governance system criteria

financial health means the ability to profitability and continuity of activity of the economic unit, which is very important for all shareholders and stakeholders, and basically all stakeholders in economic units are interested in having appropriate tools that can assess and predict the profitability and continuity of activity. the purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting financial health and predict the degree of financial health of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange. for this purpose, the data of 138 companies (1104 companies-years) during the years 2011 to 2018 and matlab software were used to test the research hypotheses. variable selection test performed using artificial intelligence algorithm to analyze neighboring components showed that among the criteria of the management system, the ratio of non-executive managers, the ratio of institutional owners, the size of the audit committee and the independence of the audit committee and change of ceo to explain the financial health of companies. also, in order to predict the degree of financial health of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange, the decision-oriented algorithm of the decision tree was used. the financial health of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange.
