آموزش مبتنی بر هوش چندگانه در کلاس حسابداری ، بهبود عملکرد، انگیزه و مهارت دانشجویان؛ تجربه‌ای نوین

مدتهاست مراجع حرفه‌ای در حسابداری با درک واقعیت افزایش تنوع در بین دانشجویان، خواستار اصلاح برنامه آموزش حسابداری می‌باشند. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر هوش چندگانه را بر عملکرد تحصیلی، انگیزه و مهارت‌های دانشجویان رشته حسابداری را بررسی می‌کند. برای دستیابی به این هدف دو گروه از دانشجویان، جمعاً 50 نفر (25 نفر گروه آزمایش با آموزش مبتنی بر هوش چندگانه و 25 نفر گروه کنترل با آموزش سنتی) در کلاس درس حسابداری مدیریت در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ساوه و در سال تحصیلی 1400- 1399 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها حاکی از بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی و انگیزه در گروه آزمایش، در مقایسه با گروه کنترل است. همچنین نتایج نظرسنجی از دانشجویان نشان از اثربخشی روش آموزشی مبتنی بر هوش چندگانه در تقویت مهارت‌های کلامی، ارتباطی و کار گروهی در آنها و رضایتشان از این روش نسبت به رویکرد سنتی تدریس دارد.به مدرسان و متخصصان برنامه‌ریزی درسی در رشته حسابداری پیشنهاد می‌شود رویکردهای آموزش مبتنی بر هوش چندگانه را در طراحی و اجرای فرایند آموزش در دروس مختلف حسابداری استفاده نمایند.

multiple intelligence -based education in the accounting classroom, improving students’ performance, motivation and skills; new experience

pofessional authorities in accounting have long wanted to reform the accounting education program, realizing the increasing diversity among students. in this regard, the present study investigates the effect of multiple education based on multiple intelligence on academic performance, motivation and skills of accounting students during the corona epidemic. to achieve this goal, two groups of students, a total of 50 people (25 in the experimental group with combined training based on multiple intelligence and 25 in the control group with traditional education) in the management accounting class at the islamic azad university of saveh and in the academic year 2020 2021 have been selected as a sample. findings indicate an improvement in academic performance and motivation in the experimental group compared to the control group. also, the results of a survey of students show the effectiveness of the combined teaching method in strengthening their verbal, communication and teamwork skills and their satisfaction with this method in coronary conditions compared to the traditional approach to teaching. use hybrid training approaches based on multiple intelligences in designing and implementing the training process
