تدوین چارچوب جامع افشای اطلاعات در موسسات اعتباری با استفاده از روش فراترکیب

افشای اطلاعات مفهومی چندوجهی به شمار می رود و شامل افشای اطلاعات در زمینه های مختلف نظیر مالی، حاکمیت شرکتی و زیست محیطی می‌باشد. هدف اصلی تحقیق، ارائه چارچوب جامع افشا اطلاعات از طریق بررسی مقالات معتبر داخلی و خارجی و بومی سازی مولفه های افشا با توجه به شرایط محیطی کشور و قانون عملیات بانکی بدون ربا می باشد. بدین منظور از روش های کیفی و کمی بهره گرفته شده است. به این ترتیب که ابتدا با استفاده از بررسی ادبیات موضوع و استفاده از روش فراترکیب، چارچوب اولیه افشا برای موسسات اعتباری استخراج گردید و سپس از طریق مصاحبه با 16 خبره بانکی، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه با روش تحلیل تم بررسی شد. چارچوب استخراجی از مرحله قبل، متناسب با محیط کشور تکمیل و بومی سازی شده است. براساس یافته های تحقیق، افشای مواردی مانند طرح علاج و افشای مبلغ تسهیلات تکلیفی از سوی دولت به کارایی سیستم بانکداری کمک می‌کند.

Development of a Comprehensive Information Disclosure Framework in Credit Institutions through Meta-synthesis Method

Information disclosure is a multilateral concept and comprises disclosure of information in different financial, corporate governance, and more areas. The main objective of the study is providing a comprehensive disclosure framework in credit institutions through review of valid papers and localization of the disclosure components, taking into account the country’s conditions and the law for usuryfree banking. To do so, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is applied. First, the initial disclosure framework for credit institutions is extracted using the review of relevant literature and applying the metasynthesis method. Then, through interviews with 16 banking experts and analyzing the obtained data, the framework derived from the previous step is completed and localized. According to the research findings, disclosure of items such as recovery and resolution plan, the amount of directed credits from the government, and so on will contribute to banking industry efficiency.
