دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران در رقابت تجاری چین و آمریکا

نظم جهانی مبتنی بر ایده آل‌های ایالات‌متحده از زمان ایجاد نظام برتون وودز باعث گردید تا این کشور بتواند از قابلیت‌های مادی ایجادشده در جهت تحقق اهداف مدنظر خود استفاده نماید. طی دهه اخیر با توجه به تداخل منافع بیش‌ازپیش دو کشور چین و ایالات‌متحده و تلاش توام با احتیاط پکن برای گسترش نفوذ در ساختار زنجیره ارزش جهانی تحت تسلط نظام نئولیبرال، پیشبرد دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران را به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های موجود، با چالش‌ها و موانع ساختاری مواجه نموده است. نگارندگان در پژوهش حاضر درصدد برآمده‌اند با استفاده از رویکرد نظری نظام جهانی تحت ساختار زنجیره ارزش جهانی، نحوه تاثیرپذیری دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران را با توجه به زوایای آشکارشده در این زنجیره طی دوره تشدید رقابت تجاری موردبررسی قرار دهند. سوال اصلی این است که تاثیر رقابت تجاری چین و ایالات‌متحده بر دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران چیست؟ فرضیه پژوهش آن است که تشدید رقابت تجاری چین و ایالات‌متحده، دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران را با موانع ساختاری روبرو کرده است. یافته‌های پژوهش بر اساس روش کیفی با رویکرد تبیینی آن است که پیامدهای ناشی از تشدید رقابت آمریکا و چین در حوزه تجاری بر تطابق دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران با واقعیت‌های زنجیره ارزش جهانی، عملکرد دیپلماسی اقتصادی ایران را با تنگناهای جدی مواجه ساخته است.

iran’s economic diplomacy in the competition of china-us trade

since the establishment of the bretton woods system, the world order based on the ideals of the united states made this country able to use the material capabilities to achieve its intended goals. over the past decade, given the overlapping interests of china and the us on one siade and beijing’s cautious efforts to expand its influence in the world value chain under the domination of the neoliberal system on the other side, has faced the advancement of iran’s economic diplomacy with structural challenges. in the present study, the authors have tried to use the theoretical approach of the world system under the structure of the global value chain to examine the effectiveness of iranian economic diplomacy according to the angles revealed in this chain during the period of intensifying trade competition. the main question here is what has the impact of china-us trade competition been on iran’s economic diplomacy? the research hypothesis is that the intensification of trade competition between china and the us has faced iran’s economic diplomacy with structural obstacles. the findings of the research are based on the qualitative method with its explanatory approach that the consequences of the intensification of the competition between america and china in the trade field on the conformity of iran’s economic diplomacy with the realities of the global value chain, has faced the performance of iran’s economic diplomacy with serious difficulties.
