منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری در حوزه امنیت اقتصادی با تاکید بر رویکرد ثبات و قدرت اقتصادی در کشور

امنیت اقتصادی جایگاه والایی در دستور کار نظام‌های سیاسی یافته تا جایی که سیاست‌گذاران را موظف کرده تا در سطح ملی به هدایت و بهبود امنیت اقتصادی بپردازند. با آغاز گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی، معضل امنیت اقتصادی به یکی از اصلی‌ترین مسائل کشور تبدیل شده است. اسناد بالادستی، فرمایش‌ها و تاکیدهای رهبر معظم انقلاب در سال‌های اخیر، همگی دلالت بر لزوم توجه جدی به این امر دارد. دراین‌راستا هدف از این پژوهش ارائه منظومه فکری معظم‌له در حوزه امنیت اقتصادی است. این مقاله از نوع کاربردی توسعه‌ای و روش تحقیق، تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد قیاسی است. مسئله اصلی این پژوهش آن است که مفهوم امنیت اقتصادی از منظر رهبر معظم انقلاب مورد مداقه قرار خواهد گرفت تا از این مسیر به‌سمت منظومه فکری کاملی از امنیت اقتصادی در حوزه علمی و عملی پیش رفت و به شناخت مولفه‌ها و مقوم‌های مرتبط با آن در جامعه پرداخت و با استخراج از مجموعه بیانات این رهبر فرزانه در حوزه امنیت اقتصادی، که دارای ابعاد و مولفه‌های گوناگونی می‌باشد، عبارت‌اند از: اقتصاد مقاومتی، مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی، امنیت شغلی کارگران، امنیت سرمایه، امنیت غذایی، نظام توزیع و قیمت گذاری، مقابله با قاچاق، شفاف‌سازی اقتصادی و مدیریت اقتصادی.

economic security has found a high position in the agenda of political systems to the extent that policy makers are obliged to guide and improve economic security at the national level. with the beginning of the second step of the islamic revolution, the problem of economic security has become one of the main issues of the country. the upper documents, the statements and emphasis of the supreme leader of the revolution in recent years, all indicate the need to pay serious attention to this matter. in this regard, the aim of this research is to present the intellectual system of moazzam leh in the field of economic security.this article is a developmental application and research method, qualitative content analysis with a comparative approach. the main issue of this research is that the concept of economic security will be studied from the perspective of the supreme leader of the revolution in order to move towards a complete intellectual system of economic security in the scientific and practical field and to know the components and institutions related to it in the society. and by extracting from the collection of his holiness’ statements on economic security, the intellectual system of the supreme leader has various dimensions and components, which include: resistance economy, fight against economic corruption, job security of workers, capital security, food security, distribution and price system establishment, dealing with smuggling, economic clarification and economic management.
