ارزیابی تاثیرات کارآفرینی و فضای کسب و کار بر مولفه‌های بهره‌وری: شواهدی از کشورهای منتخب درحال توسعه

در پژوهش حاضر، به ارزیابی تاثیرات کارآفرینی و فضای کسب ‌و‌ کار بر مولفه‌های بهره‌وری (بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید، بهره‌وری نیروی کار و بهره‌وری سرمایه) در 15 کشور منتخب درحال‌توسعه طی سالهای 2006 تا 2017 با استفاده از پانل‌پویا با رهیافت گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته (gmm) پرداخته شده است. بر اساس نتایج برآوردها، کارآفرینی و فضای کسب ‌و ‌کار تاثیر مثبتی بر مولفه‌های بهره‌وری داشتند و تاثیرپذیری بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید بیشتر از دو مولفه بهره‌وری نیروی کار و بهره‌وری سرمایه بود. با این وجود، به‌ دلیل موانع کارآفرینی و محدود بودن فضای کسب ‌و ‌کار در جوامع درحال‌توسعه، این دو شاخص در جوامع فوق هنوز به سطوح ایده‌آل نرسیده‌اند و همچنان شاهد نوسانات قابل توجهی در این زمینه می‌باشیم، بنابراین این اثرات مثبت می‌توانند در این جوامع پایدار نباشند، لذا عدم بهبود و گسترش این شاخص‌ها می‌تواند عواقب جبران‌ناپذیری را برای روند مولفه‌های بهره‌وری در پی داشته باشد. از این‌رو نیاز به اصلاحات مجدد در این دو حوزه، ضروری می‌باشد. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌ریزی‌های پایدار و منسجمی جهت بهبود و گسترش هرچه بیشتر شاخص‌های کارآفرینی و فضای کسب ‌و‌ کار انجام شود تا از این طریق بتوان زمینه‌های ارتقای هرچه بیشتر مولفه‌های بهره‌وری را فراهم نمود.

assessing the effects of entrepreneurship and business environment on productivity components: evidence from selected developing countries

in this paper evaluates the effects of entrepreneurship and business environment on productivity components(total factor productivity, labor productivity, and capital productivity) in 15 selected developing countries over the period of 2006 to 2017 with using of dynamic panel with generalized method of moments approach(gmm). the results showed that, entrepreneurship and business environment had a positive effect on productivity components and the effectiveness of total factor productivity was greater than labor productivity and capital productivity. but still, due to the entrepreneurship,s barriers and business environment,s limitation, these two indicators have not reached to ideal levels in developing societies and we are still witnessing significant fluctuations in this area, so these positive effects may not be sustainable in these communities therefore, the lack of improvement and expansion of these indicators can have irreparable consequences for trend of productivity components. therefore, the need for new reform in these two areas is essential. accordingly, is suggested to do sustainable and coherent planning for improve and expand of entrepreneurship indicators and business environment until from in this way, can provide the basis for further promotion of productivity components.
